The Best Way to End a Trip to Costa Rica

This tour is an all day adventure where you can learn more about Costa Rica - Antonio (our guide) was full of facts regarding politics, geography, history, and biology of Costa Rica! I feel like I learned a lot while enjoying some great scenic views on the ride to the Volcano & Hot Springs, as well as upon arrival. You typically get paired up with others (depending on how large your group is already), and in my case, my dad and I got paired up with two other awesome people ready for discovery! The drive is a bit long, and weather in July is very rainy, but I still felt like we were in good hands with Antonio (who speaks great Spanish and English). A very fancy lunch and delicious buffet dinner are provided; and although it's not mentioned, we also made an early stop at a cafe where we could purchase breakfast (if desired).

Amazing tour and tour guides! Max was a very knowledgeable tour guide and the meals included were well worth the price as well. Everything included was worth the price. Also, if you do want a massage, be sure to schedule that ahead of time with the spa and also you have to pay separately for the massage.

I really enjoyed the tour, it’s a huge time commitment in getting there and back. Baldi Hot Springs was truly amazing, highly recommend adding on a massage from the spa and making your way to the very top with the hottest pool.

Tour guide wasn’t very personable, he had many stops to keep us on track which could have made him stressed out.

Lunch was good, dinner at Baldi was terrible. Given so many restaurants nearby in Fortuna wish they would choose a better option.

Great value for an entire day of activities and meals.

Great value for the money!
What a wonderful tour! Oscar was an outstanding tour guide who really personalized the experience for everyone in our group. He kept his energy level high all day which was quite a feat because it is nearly 14 hours long. It was great to see all the animals in the wild and natural wonders along the way. We had plenty of snacks and stops along the drive. Zip lining in La Fortuna and the Hot Springs were highlights. Would highly recommend!

Female Solo trip
I did a last minute solo trip to costa rica to and this was an amazing experience and would definitely do it again. If you’re doing a solo trip and are trying to do some relaxing this is definitely for you! The volcano view is amazing and the hot spring were so relaxing and to die for. Victoria was so helpful when it came down to time and place where I would get picked up. Danielle the driver was amazing, very informative and high energy. Danielle went out he’s way to make sure we were all comfortable and he made sure to give us as many stops as needed to use the restroom since it’s a pretty long trip. Overall the people we met on the way were so beautiful and sweet.

Mario was an amazing tour guide!

Mario our tour guide picked me up promptly on time from my hotel and was the most informative guide I’ve ever had! He was so accommodating to everyone’s needs and made sure to check in to ensure we all had a good time. The tour is long, he drove all day and he is amazing. I stupidly did not have anymore cash left and wished to tip him and am contacting the agency to see if there’s a way I can do that so make sure to tip your guide accordingly based on your experience, it’s the least we could do for their hard work. The hot springs were my favorite part of the experience even with the thunder storms as it helped cool us down, truly a core memory to remember. Thank you again Mario!!

Must visit while in CR!

Guides were nothing short of amazing and their driving skills = legendary! Getting there and back was like “Tokyo Drift!” So be prepared if you get motion sickness.

Gave fantastic information about local and national history!

Someone complained about being in the Springs. You have plenty of time to enjoy the multiple springs or if the springs are not your thing, you can enjoy the shops in La Fortuna!

The company set us up with lockers, towels, pointers, along with lunch and dinner.

Will use this company next visit!

Great spot with lots of options
Great time! Even though it did rain there were several hot springs you could visit that were covered. The trip does include another tour of an ox cart making site it was quite interesting. I would definitely recommend this

Great Trip!

Super fun trip! Lunch and dinner were both amazing, (go to the pasta station for dinner!) and the hot springs were equally awesome. Only downside was the long drive (3.5 hr) back, but we slept through most of it, and if you want to visit the hot springs from San Jose, a long drive is necessary. Adrien and Rico were very funny and great guides!!!

Great tour!

This was a great tour! The hot springs and volcano were the highlight. Unfortunately the Ox cart was not there when we were their, but the tour was still interesting and their gift shop was really nice. The guides were very knowledgeable and we stayed on time. Would recommend!
