          Quite a experience
The volcano was covered with clouds and it was raining constantly. But getting there was quite a challenge, a tropical storm hit the day before and our day of travel. We experienced three hours delays coming and going! But the tour guide and driver were great!

          Two pensioners do zip-lining!
Souring down the seven zip lines over to top of the cloud forest was a fantastic experience. Attention to safety was good and the guides made it thoroughly enjoyable.

          Roberto to the rescue
Our tour last Monday was thankfully rescued by Pablo & Roberto,we booked the trip via 3rd party that messed up. We eventually got underway & Roberto is a very well informed knowledgable man. He pointed out various things-on the way to Slothland. We were lucky enough to see 3 Sloths & 2 different types of frogs. Had lunch there which was very nice. Then onto a chocolate making Place. The guide was great showed us the entire process & we got to taste the end product. Finally we planted a tree. Amazing day . Very impressed with the professionalism of R & P our guide & driver Thank you so much

          Excellent day tour
The day trip to Manuel Antonio National Park was worth the drive. Our guide Jose, knew a lot about nature and was proud of the beautiful Costa Rican countryside. Seeing unique wildlife, such as a sloth or white nose coati is amazing. After a walk through the park, you arrive at a pretty beach, and the water is warm and inviting. Breakfast and lunch were included, so it’s a good value. If you like nature and wildlife, you’ll enjoy this tour, it’s a fun way to see more of Costa Rica.

          Very Cool!
It was so cool! Our tour guide David was knowledgeable and passionate. We saw snakes, frogs, a sleeping tucan, and other cool critters. There are multiple tours going at once so the different guides give each other a heads up of where cool things were so we could go see them too. But the tours are small and spread out so you have a lot of privacy and time to see things.

          Awesome tour
Super staff and great night walk. Our tour agent (Charlie the Traveler) and his concierge (Travelux) told us the incorrect time to meet the tour bus. So, Arsenal oasis sent a separate vehicle to pick us up. The tour guide went out of his way to tell us about the things that we had missed for being late.

Awesome time touring Arenal Volcano and Boldi Hot Springs today, thanks so much to Roy and the team at Willy Tours!
This tour is great fun and very relaxing. We had an awesome time with Roy, our guide. The approach to Arenal and La Fortuna took us through a lot of scenic vistas. We had enough time to spend hours soaking and enjoying back rubs from the waterfalls in the Boldi Hot Springs. Lunch at the hotel was delicious and dinner on the ride home was also tasty. Highly recommend taking the Arenal Volcano & Boldi Hot Springs excursion from San Jose with Willy Tours.

          Exceptional experience, loved every minute!
Selvatura Adventure park was one of our best experiences with amazing ziplines and interactive tours. We did the zipline experience which was exceptional for the sights and length of the lines as well as the Tarzan Swing and Superman Option for 1000m. Loved the butterfly garden tour which was immersive with our incredibly knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended!

Amazing Night Tour with some Great Photography - Highly Recommended
The night tour with Guide Juan was amazing. Pick from location was on time and Juan has an amazing knowledge of the wildlife in the area and his ability to spot them in the wild, at night when they are so well camouflaged was amazing. It was about 1 hour of walking in the forest at night but time just flew by as we spotted frogs, insects, snakes, spiders, birds various plants etc ... Defiantly recommend doing a night tour with Juan.

          Fantastic experience
We opted for this adventure and it didn't disappoint. We were picked up at our hotel (not a private transfer and organised by Sky Adventure) and taken to the site. The ziplining is brilliant and I couldn't recommend it enough, even if you are scared of heights because they only last around 30-60 seconds each and the views are amazing as you are high above the trees. The landing is easy too, no hard stops and the staff are very helpful and professional at each platform. You can't take a bag, so no camera/ phone unless you take a jacket or trousers/shorts with a zip or bumbag type thing (we didn't have this and missed out on some phenomenal views, but that was our fault). There is a professional photographer but they wanted $42 dollars - I think they'd sell more if they were a little cheaper! We then moved on to the walk and were lucky enough to only have 5 people in our group. Our tour guide was brilliant - he knew so much and went out if his way to find animals for us. We were lucky enough to see a monkey and a sloth. If they have their camera equipment and manage to get better pictures they will share them with you. A wonderful tour that I would highly recommend! If you opt for the transfer, they run regularly and I believe you can hop on any one and they will drop you back at your hotel - we found it a bit confusing but the ladies at reception were great.

          Guanacaste unforgettable
This tour was phenomenal in every way. Our guide Robert and all staff we met throughout the day were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the adventures. Waterfalls, hanging bridges, and a beautiful river raft ride await you…in addition to sloths, crocodiles, and many more amazing creatures and plant life. You will not be disappointed by the delicious authentic lunch either.

Well put together excursion. Did the Tram, Zipline and hike trio. Transportation provided to and from our hotel was on time. There is a cafe with an amazing view to hangout in between excursions.

We have made many trips here. This time was very disappointing. They no longer put out food for the birds. The hummingbird feeding has been canceled. Fewer birds in general. Secondary dining closed. Orchids mostly phals…2 unusual ones.
The restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly.
We were embarrassed to take our friends there after bragging about it for so long.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was incredible! Costa Rica is an amazing place & everyone enjoyed the rich scenery on the way to La Paz. Once you arrive at the gardens, it’s like stepping into another world! There’s so much to see & experience. It’s really an unforgettable experience!

My wife and I took this tour yesterday. We had the pleasure of getting Jose and Eduardo as our guides. I cannot say enough good things! Knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and safe drivers!! The La Paz Gardens are stunning! The animals look well fed and looked after. The guides walk you through the whole way and are respectful of the animals. They do not recommend taking selfies or touching the animals, although it is an option. The focus was instead about enjoying the animals respectfully. This is a big deal in Costa Rica and there is even a big hashtag campaign about it.
We saw beautiful birds in the aviary, got to hang out with the most adorable sloths, and go face to face with a Jaguar! Lunch is included and the food was quite good. It is a buffet, so many options.
Now let’s talk waterfalls and stairs. I total there are 4 waterfalls. Each is stunning, powerful and a hike to get to. My wife’s FitBit said we walked 46 flights of stairs. There are shortcuts if you feel the need to get close, but we went for it. We are both in moderately good shape (her more than me) and we both had a moment where we took a break on the climb out of the last waterfall.
Overall, the guides are funny and safe, knowledgeable and friendly. The animals are beautiful and well treated. The waterfalls are spectacular and memorable. Do yourself a favor and take this tour. So far it has been the most memorable for us on our 5 day trip! Thank you Jose and Eduardo!!

La Paz waterfall gardens is beautifully green and plush. The steps to the actual waterfalls were surrounded by great views and we were able to get pretty close to get some good pictures. We also enjoyed seeing all the various species of Costa Rican animals, especially the humming birds, but I was a little uncomfortable with the sizes of the enclosures. This was particularly true for the jungle cats and parrots. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our day here which was made even better by our tour guide, Daniel, who was truly excellent. Funny and knowledgable with brilliant English! The lunch was good too. Would recommend if you want a taste of Costa Rica’s natural side!

This park is well worth the entrance fee. It is one of the only places where you can see all of the rainforest animals without having to tromp through the rainforest. They are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of Costa Rica's natural ecology. Here is you will get up close and personal with hummingbirds and butterflies and you wil be able to view the jungle cats and my favorite the sloths. It is an excellent way to spend the day. The even have an excellent buffet lunch available.

We got more than we expected with this tour from butterflies that landed on us to sloths named flash gorgeous waterfalls and LOTS of stairs! We got our exercise while enjoying all there was to see. Pablo made it so we got some great pictures with Toucans and educated us on them as well. He even woke up a cute sloth named Flash so we could get pictures with her!

We were collected from our hotel in San Jose after breakfast and driven to the gardens in a minibus via a coffee stop at a coffee plantation where we saw the coffee being picked. The waterfall gardens have two main parts: a small zoo with only Costa Rican animals, which provided a great chance to meet toucans face to face in the bird enclosure and beautiful cats including Pumas, Jaguars and Ocelots. The cats were particularly interesting at feeding time, which is in the late afternoon. For those with concerns about zoos, we were told that they were all rescue animal. They were all in lovely condition. The second part is a natural area with five waterfalls which you can walk through on paths, which gives a good sense of the natural forest and landscape. You need to be able bodied for this part as there are quite a lot of steps. A good buffet lunch was included.
