We took the Pharaoh Nile Cruise and dinner this evening, our guide Mohamed Hussein had great communication and contacted us regularly to make sure we had the best time. Dinner was amazing, plenty of choice with something to suit all, many shows were on throughout the evening with singers, belly dancers... all sorts. If the shows aren't for you go upstairs and take in the amazing views of the nile by night. I recommend this trip to anyone, good value.

We did the tour from port said to cairo, spent the night there and the next day went to Alexandria to rejoin our cruise ship. Great service. From my online assistant Hage Hassan, to our driver Ahmad, to our tour guide Mohammad, the entire experience was great. Very attentive. Very detailed and comfortable. Great value specially it was a private tour from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We were on a cruise and wanted a private tour from Port said to Cairo, Giza then Alexandria. All the reviews were excellent for Sun Pyramids and so we booked. The cruise line were pushing their tours and saying for safety reasons. Complete rubbish. Theirs were overpriced and terrible people all said they were horrible. Ours was magnificent, luxurious, professional, friendly, helpful, kind nothing was a problem. Our guides Fatima day one and her husband Osama on day two (due to a medical emergency with her father) were superb, both degree qualified archiologists and with two of their four kids studying archaeology its in their DNA. Request either of them as your guide. Rana handled the bookings perfectly. We were amazed on check in at our hotel to find Sun Valley had booked and paid for a junior suite facing the pyramids. We wanted to see the new GEM museum. Not fully open but partially open. Wow it was superb. We felt at all times safe and superbly looked after. Even wandering around the cities on foot we never once felt unsafe, everyone we met was kind friendly and very proud of their country and history. Don't hesitate to book you will not regret it! Special tip at the lunch try the Tahini dip!

They judge people with disabilities or mental delated before they even meet them. They assume they will be a problem for the tour. HORRIBLE. They asked as for a “sealed letter from the doctor stating our relative disability” . Of course we refused. Very discriminating agency. We choose another agency who never question our relative disability, they offer many accommodations for him.

My wife and I did an overnight tour, departing from our cruise ship in Port Said and returning to our ship he next afternoon in Alexandria. The first day we toured the Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, then stayed the night in a hotel arranged for us by Sun Pyramids. The second day we were picked up at the hotel and driven to Alexandria where we visited Pompay's Pillar, the Catacombs, the Qaitbay Citadel (built on the ruins of the Great Ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria and finally the Bibliotecha Alexandrina (built on the site of the ancient Library of Alexandria). The lighthouse and library were two of the seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Amira's narrative brought all these sites to life for us. Amira is highly educated and knowledgeable on ancient Egyptian history. What pleased us most, however, was that both Amira and Mahmoud treated us like royalty - their courtesy, thoughtfulness sincere desire to uplift and entertain us was simply outstanding! This was the best tour we took of all the 18 ports we visited on our cruise of the Eastern Mediterranean. We recommend Sun Pyramids and, especially, Amira and Mahmoud highly! And I shouldn't omit Rana, who set up all these activities. She was very service oriented, patient and helpful as we worked together to iron out many kinks created by the cruise line as to whether we would be permitted to do an over-night tour. Thanks Rana!

Martina, our guide, was amazing. He showed us the places around, their history in detail and catered for all our requirements at the tourist spots. He informed us about all the scams that happen at the tourist places and kept the scammers away from us. Totally worth the price.

We did Wady Hitan and falls in desert tour. Tour was very good organized. Tour guide and transportation were perfect. Deşer safari was excellent. Lunch and the other offerings were so good. Thanks a lot.

I booked a private 2 day tour for myself and my 86yo mother leaving from Port Said, overnighting in the Royal Great Pyramids Inn, and returning to Alexandria the next day. Our cruise ship docked late, had to wait for security, and then the port was crammed with traffic. We were 4.5 hours late from the start, but our excellent driver, Muhammad, was a magician behind the wheel in the mind-boggling Egyptian traffic and made up some time in the long drive to Giza. For the next two days, Muhammad and our outstanding guide, Tawfik, took amazingly good care of us on our excursions to the major sites in Giza and Cairo. Tawfik was an Egyptologist who worked on excavating part of Luxor so shared a wealth of historical (ancient and more recent) information as we made our way through the GEM, Zoser's pyramid, the National Museum, the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx, and the various sights along the way. He went above and beyond in so many ways, including helping my aged mother around the difficult terrain, and even arranging for her to fulfill her dream of getting her picture taken on a camel so she could show all her friends back home. In addition to Muhammad and Tawfik, we had another helpful guide, Sayed, who made sure we got to our dinner cruise on the Nile and got great seats for the show. In all, I was extremely impressed with the friendliness, knowledge, skill, and general quality of all the folks from Sun Pyramids Tours who I worked with; it was worth double the price we paid. A very special thanks to Muhammad and Tawfik for making this the trip of a lifetime for my mom!

We had a great two day adventure in Giza and Cairo! We were three couples on an overnight shore excursion from Port Said to Cairo to Alexandria. We started planning this journey months ago with the help and advice of Habiba. She graciously answered our many emails and questions to help plan our private tour day tour. We had some security concerns before traveling, but at no time in Egypt did we feel unsafe or in harm’s way. Mahmoud was our very professional yet personable tour guide. He was able to convey a wealth of information in a short period of time but never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend both Mahmoud and Sun Pyramid Tours!

It was beautiful. This excursion allows you to escape from civilization for two days. And the landscapes you see there are truly unique! This organization tried to arrange the excursion as best as possible for us, because we were sick, it's appreciable 😊 For those who have difficulty with English, our guide Al-ghalban speaks French really well, which is not always the case in Egypt.

Rana from Sun Tours planned the perfect trip for us. Just ask and she’ll try to accommodate your requests. We were picked up at the cruise terminal by our very talented driver Mahmer in Port Said, who drove us to Cairo. We picked up Gigi, a vibrant, educated, and passionate guide in Cairo. She was prepared to advocate for us, and encouraged us to take water and hats/scarves to protect us from the sun. They both treated us with the utmost hospitality and kindness as though we were already close friends; with a warm welcome to Egypt. We went to Saqqara, the Pyramids at Giza and saw the Sphinx, as well as a papyrus shop and a restaurant for dinner. We were then dropped off at our hotel, with an amazing view of the pyramids. Gigi gave us a well-rounded glimpse into life in Egypt; and shared her vast amounts of knowledge about ancient Egyptian history and culture with us. She planned our trip with care so that we were able to avoid crowds and maximize our time. She and our driver picked us up the next morning for a tour of the citadel, the mosque, a stop at the bazaar, the Cairo museum highlights, a fragrance store and lunch before our driver took us to Alexandria to get back on our ship. There are few people who care as much about their guests as much as Mahmer and Gigi very obviously do. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for a lovely adventure through Cairo and Giza! I can’t wait to see both of you again; and I hope someday to return the hospitality that you have each shown us.

The cruise blew my mind as it showed a different side of the amazing people of Cairo from the food to the dancing. I fully recommend this tour as it will open your mind and you will get to see the warm and welcoming people.

Mustafa and the entire team are amazing. They went out of their way to show us the real and awesome Cairo by making us feel like family. In two days we went on the dinner cruise, toured the Pyramids including the Red Pyramid, and my favourite, the Cairo at night tour as you will get to know the lovely people of this great city. With the help of Esraa, we managed to get all the details we had asked: a perfect mix of cultural activities (pyramids and temples), travel within the country (the cruise on the Nile), and relax (beautiful resort in Hurghada).
