- CranberryT00No responseWrote in twice to enquire, gave the benefit of doubt they did not receive first enquiry. Wrote in again, no response. Disappointing.
- angelrn7100Canceled at last minuteWe did not even go on the tour. We were to have the tour booked on 10/2/23- I had scheduled way in advance, talked to a agent, and had received several emails to print my tickets. On September 27th I received an email with no explanation that my tour was canceled and my money was being refunded. When I contacted the agent the answer I got is that it was canceled for "unforeseen circumstances" . Very unreliable and unprofessional.
- G5764FMjeffreyb00Great knowledgeable guide helped us make the most of a short visit!Brian was a great tour guide, he was super knowledgeable and helped us make the most of our day at Yosemite. Rather than worrying about driving and traffic, we were able to sit back and enjoy the scenery and get a lot of knowledge about the park and its history, as well as recent events, like fires.
- richardrM9739WH00Our tour was cancelledWe are in our 70’s so are not likely to ever see Yosemite now. The tour we had booked for September 21 was cancelled, however we had to call Crossroads to find out. They did not answer my emails to confirm a pickup time and place, so part of the time we were concerned it is was not a real enterprise. They did refund $800 we had paid in advance within a few days. Would have liked to give a good review. We used the day to go to Sequoia park by ourselves, which was nice.
- kimberlywR2518OZ00Great tour of YosemiteWe spent 8 days in and around Yosemite and this was by far our best day ! It was a great overview of the park and done in such a way to allow us to see many areas and know where we may want to explore more later on. Juli was fun and had lots of info to tell, and was an excellent driver high up on the somewhat stress- inducing mountain roads ( for those afraid of heights that is) Would highly recommend to first time visitors as well as veterans of Yosemite.
- andreamI6416BE00Amazing guide JuliWe had an absolutely amazing time with our guide Juli. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the park and knew exactly where to go for breathtaking views. She brought pictures of her at a child at different locations in the park, she had old newspapers clippings about different happenings, and overall provided a truly magical one of a kind experience.
- H5817MBbettinak00Highly unprofessional, late and failed to give true ETAI contracted with Crossroads Tours for a transfer from my hotel to the Fresno airport. My pick up time was 7:45AM. At 7:55, I called and I was informed that the driver was on his way and would be there momentarily. Several calls were made to Crossroads and each time they said the driver would be there momentarily. The driver was 35 minutes late and drove like a mad man. Not only did I nearly miss my flight, but I had to contend with seriously poor driving because this company did not keep their word. I cannot state strongly enough to everyone to not use this company. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and ARROGANT.
- DayTrip0655823951500Forgot Reservation & Horrible Customer ServiceBooked a transfer from Oakhurst to Fresno airport 2 weeks in advance. They completely forgot about the reservation. After numerous calls and texts they showed up 35 minutes late and the passenger barely made the flight. After contacting them to get a partial refund, they blocked me. I reached out to them from a different phone number and the owner Ramesh Gurnani said "F*ck off you piece of sh*t". Words cannot explain how terrible this company and its ownership are. DO NOT USE!
- marksF1699PF00Great Tour of Yosemite! My wife and I have done a lot of tours and Juli, our driver and tour guide, was in the top one or two. We were apprehensive about being in a van with 6 other people we didn't know for nine hours (they were great), but this trip was well worth it. Juli was the best driver down those very curvy roads (my wife is usually car-sick in the first 30 minutes- but even she liked it). We received a very good cross section of the highlights of Yosemite. The highlight for me was seeing the climbers on El Capitan (Juli had binoculars!). For my wife, it was the view from Glacier Point. The next day we hiked 4 miles up to Nevada Falls and then saw the sequoias at Mariposa Grove- all at Juli's recommendation. Highly recommend this tour...especially early in your visit to Yosemite.
- Sparkyscheeky00Y for Yosemite heavenOur guide Laura was enthusiastic from 6.30am when she picked us up for our full day tour, her knowledge was amazing and helped that she had lived and worked in the area for many years. Laura took us to all the best spots to make our experience amazing. The benefit of having a guide meant she knew all the best spots for photos and was able to make the most of our time as she would take the car to park it and drop us off while she did this. The lunch was lovely but was made better where we had it with the best view out the way of the crowds
- Finnbilly00Sandy’s the best when you want to see Yosemite!Made a last minute reservation after 9pm for the next morning. The company was very accommodating and found a driver to take my husband and me for a private tour in an Expedition. Our driver Sandy was the absolute best. She was so friendly and welcoming. She had a basket of snacks, water and juice if we needed. (Sandwich lunch was included) She really made the day special. She was so knowledgeable about Yosemite and knew all the ins and outs of navigating the park. By the end of the tour we felt as if we spent the day with an old friend. Highly recommend!
- nurseswanie00Wonderful way to Enjoy the Beauty of YosemiteAmanda was our guide. She was amazing. Gave us great insight into the park and all we saw. She was enthusiastic and it was obvious she loves Yosemite.
- amybB5287TZ00Great Yosemite OverviewGreat way to get a good overview to Yosemite. Our tour guide Julie was incredibly knowledgeable about Yosemite and its many places to go within the park including good advice for trails for us to explore on our own. Julie has a great personality and was attentive to our group and also gave us opportunities to take some short hikes along the way. Great introduction to Yosemite
- 848shakirahb00Amazing tour! This tour was amazing and super detailed! We saw so much of the park, and our guide Julie was super knowledgable! Would highly recommend!
- D8890KPdeborahd00Beautifully brilliantThe service from pickup to drop off was wonderful. Monet our guide with her local knowledge, entertaining insites made this all inspiring tour twice as good.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the history of the park as well as being funny!. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip & will definitely recommend it to others. It was sad that Glacier Point was closed, but it was still so very worth using Crossroads!! We skipped the lunch at the Ahwahnee Hotel because we did not want to wait for 1 and 1/2 hours to eat. We were still given the option the night before, but we opted for them to bring us lunch instead. The lunch was great!! Plus it gave us more time to see the sights. Recommend this tour group as one of the best!

I highly recommend Crossroads Tours! We were picked up in Fresno, and taken to Yosemite for a full day of touring the park, and then brought back to Fresno. Julie, the tour guide, was knowledgeable and very flexible in dealing with the different requests of the group. A thanks to Jamie and Daniel, who took us to and from Fresno. This was an excellent way of seeing the park, if you are interested in hitting the highlights, and don't want to drive yourself.

Crossroads Tours provided a really enjoyable and memorable experience for our family. Because it was our first time at Yosemite, I was worried at first, but Crossroads took care of everything. Our tour guide, Daniel, was extremely kind and helpful, constantly encouraging us to ask questions. Daniel was extremely detailed and knowledgeable about the history of the park and nearby areas. He told lots of great stories as well! We also got free entrance into the park (Crossroads pays for the entrance fees). Although we didn't get to see the whole park, the tour showed us the most important points of interest, which were absolutely beautiful. After the amazing tour, we had realized that my son had forgotten his phone in the tour van. My husband and I were pretty upset, but I called Ramji (owner of Crossroads), and he was easily able to arrange a driver to come bring the phone to our hotel. I thought my family and I would have to drive an hour (or more) to get my son's phone, but instead Crossroads Tours brought the phone directly to us, making it effortless on my part.
Crossroads Tours will ensure your family has a memorable and enjoyable experience! The owner is really helpful, and the drivers are so kind and knowledgeable.
Thank you, Crossroads, for providing the best Yosemite experience for my family and me!

Our tour guide and driver was right on time for our pick up. My wife is gluten intolerant and they provided a GF sandwich for lunch which was delicious. Ray our tour guide was full of great information and took us to all the places the literature promised except those now closed by the park service. It was a great experience.

I booked this tour not really knowing what to expect and what a lovely surprise! This is a fantastic way to see and learn more about this majestic park before trying to venture out on your own. Julie our tour guide is passionate about her home and very knowledgeable with lots of interesting information and facts throughout. I came with my mother and we both learned so much and felt that we would have been lost without Julie’s expertise and this tour. There is so much to see at Yosemite that it is both overwhelming and awe inspiring. This tour definitely took out the overwhelm and made the trip something memorable. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a special thank you to Julie for doing such a great job!

This was my first time visiting Yosemite. Our tour guide Juli did an excellent job explaining the geological phenomena behind the creation of this unique place, the history of the park, and the main attractions where she took us. She also answered all of our questions in great detail and helped me take as many pictures as I wanted to take. A BIG THANK YOU to Juli 👍🏼.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Yosemite! We had no idea what to expect as first time tourists, so we wanted to get an overview first. This was perfect. The tour guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and we had a lot of fun with the other people on our bus. I will definitely be coming back in May with my kids now that I know what I want them to experience. This tour was the perfect balance of easy/short hikes, lots of historical information, relaxation— just what a vacation should consist of.
