Just book this tour. You won’t regret it.
Highly recommend this tour! The tour guide, Matt, was an encyclopedia of knowledge…from the trees, rocks, the various ecosystems to Colorado in general, including Denver vs Boulder. There wasn’t a moment during the nearly two hour drive from Denver to the Rocky Mountain National Park that he wasn’t teaching us something. The hike he chose for our group was full of stunning views, terminating at Emerald Lake where we ate our packed lunch which was delicious. It was definitely an easier hike (approximately 3 miles total with a 500ft change in elevation) suitable for all levels, especially because we did take several rests to shoot scenic photos. We also son a bunch of wildlife…birds, deer, marmots, chipmunks and even a giant bull elk. I’d definitely hike with Aspire Tours again. They took good care of us, and had snacks and water on the bus. We even stopped in Lyons along the way for coffee, treats and to check out their local food market. Don’t question whether or not you should do this tour. Just do it! And hopefully you’ll get Matt as your guide!

Our tour guide was Ryan and he was the best! He knew so much about birds, flowers, and the nature of Colorado. He recommended such a refreshing hike and was a helpful hand to rely on. He was very patient with the group, but also pushed us to get to the top! Definitely a good guy to talk to… very open minded & talkative. I’d love to have him again! My favorite hike yet.

Amazing hike with amazing views. Phil was an awesome guide with a wealth of knowledge. There are definitely tough parts to the hike (uphill sections) but frequent breaks help a lot. Beautiful scenery. Would do this hike again and will recommend this to anyone who comes to Colorado.

We had a lot fun! Our tour guide was cool, knowledgeable, and gave recommendations for our trip! Would say our hike was Beginner level, but gave us ideas to come back and hike other trails... and the city of Bolder is beautiful!

Fun half-day hike and beer
Oct. 2020
We had a great half-day trip with Jed. We left Denver and drove up to Boulder where we went on a hike. There were eight people in our group and some of the guest were having a harder time with the hike. Jed split up the group so the slower guests could do an easier trail and the rest of us did a more intense hike. He did a great job of accommodating everyone's needs so we all had a good time. Afterwards, we went to a local brewery and had tacos, which was a nice way to finish off the event. Throughout the trip, Jed had lots of great info about the history of Denver and Boulder, the geology of the area, and he knew the trails really well. Definitely would recommend.

Colorado Vacation
Aug. 2020
I've book this tour from Aspire - last day of our vacation. Our guide is Ryan D. I'am travelling with my 24 years old daughter. I don't know what to expect from this tour... it says moderate hike, but our group choose to see the Arch about 2 hours back and forth ... you be huffing as you walk the road from the beginning to climb stiff boulder up and down to, the road is uneven and very rocky but I enjoy the view from the Arch....I'am 54 years old and I had made a lot of rest period of 3-5 minutes...Kudos to Ryan who waited for me until the tour is done.
