Yes they pick you up in a really nice van at Uniin Station. They even provide lunch. Highly recommended. Pick up at 8am drop off between 430 to 530pm

You stop at several places it's up to you whether you want to venture out and walk around the lakes and trails which have basic paths but it's not required.
