Overview

This airboat tour on picturesque Lake Panasoffkee takes you through pristine marshlands teeming with wildlife and biodiversity. With a local captain at the helm, explore the lake’s spring-fed waters while learning about the local land and life.

What to Expect

Check in at your chosen departure time and then head toward the dock to board your airboat for a thrilling tour. As you set off on Lake Panasoffkee—just one hour northwest of Orlando—your captain navigates into a natural swamp and onto Little Jones Creek. Stop to admire the view and wildlife, and listen to your guide’s commentary.

Next, zip across the water to Big Jones Creek to see a natural spring that bubbles up to the surface. Along the way, look for alligators, turtles, snakes, deer, turkey, wild hogs, ducks, birds, and centuries-old cypress trees. The tour ends with one last photo opportunity at the secluded marsh and springs and then it’s back to the dock to disembark.

A great adventure for our grandchildren!

The tour was outstanding. Kyle was excellent before and after the tour providing information on the gators and photo opportunities with the gators. Definitely a highlight for my grandchildren during their visit. Thanks!

Neat experience, very few gators when we went in August.

I'm not sure it was really the season to see gators? The boat ride was fun and Captain Ron experienced. A neat, beautiful setting and experience going through the swamp and on airboat. We did the 9am tour and were able to see a few...More

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the boat ride, Capt. Ron and the beauty. Unfortunately for you. there just wasn't enough alligators out and we have no control over the wildlife and what you may see that day. and Captain Ron always likes to explain...More

Given a little assistance getting in / out of the airboat, I’d say it’s safe. I’d take my own family member and even small children
