Perfect day!
Jose was fantastic! When he showed up with a van for 10 and air conditioning, I knew it would be a great day! The stops were timely and commentary was perfect! You could hear him and showed us some neat stuff.

The perfect tour

This tour was INCREDIBLE.
Our tour guide José was very knowledgeable, personable, and genuine- he greatly enhanced our time. We felt like we had enough time at every stop to enjoy the scenery and were able to experience many different things in one day. From Coconut groove, to little Havana, to Wynwood walls, to a boat tour, we really saw a lot of what Miami has to offer. 100% would recommend this tour to anyone, our family was in great hands with José!

Shorter than advertised
The trip was advertised for 8 hours, while we got 7. They picked us up from the airport hotel as advertised and would have sent us back as well. The city tour guide/driver did a good job showing us the places of interest amidst the crazy downtown traffic. With the extra time, we could have covered Miracle Mile as well. The cruise narrator was fun and humorous, but the boat was packed, and some were left standing.

Jose our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made our tour very enjoyable and I would strongly recommend the tour to anyone looking to get a feel for the different areas of Miami.

Good tour for the money
We liked experience 2 level bus. We expected to stop at a couple places in the city but we stopped at only 1 location where our guide suggested to try “the best mojito in the Miami”. It was $12 and it was the worst mojito. Boat tour was great! But don’t buy drinks on the boat, it’s also overpriced $14 mojito. After boat tour our bus did not wait for anybody. Us and bunch of other people have to wait till the next one. Likely they go every 15 minutes. At first we thought we have to get back to hotel by our own because our guides did tell us that buses are going every 15 minutes.

Perfect day!

Our guide went above and beyond to make this a great experience for us! Would highly recommend! I couldn’t believe how much we got to see and do for the price. Our guide made extra stops for us to take pictures and when we were running behind in little Havana due to slow service at our restaurant, he went and brought our next stop, the Cuban coffee tasting experience, to us at the restaurant, so we wouldn’t be late for our bay cruise or miss out on the coffee. It was an awesome day!

Great tour with a great guide
We were really happy with the tour, we were the only ones this time (I guess it's perks of the pandemic). Our guide was very knowledgeable, was able to accommodate our own requests and finished on time for the boat tour. 100% recommended.

Excellent tour!!! 8 hours flew like 3 hours. Both, me & my friend loved the tour.
This trip was totally amazing: beautiful scenery, wonderful guides, we tried great Cuban food. It was a day full of active adventures. Thank you, Jose!!!

We arrived the day that the beaches had shut down and most restaurants where closed for dine-in services. We only did the city tour. Boat tour was cancelled. Having said that the tour company was accommodating in us having a private tour and picking us up at out hotel door. Our guide Juan really made an effort for us to stop at restaurants to pick up our food to go. Since most things where closed or pick up only we had a lot of little stops to get coconut juice, café cubano and souvenirs. We had an enjoyable day of social distancing.
