Did what they said they would do. Picked us up from south beach in a big coach it was pretty full as had do 3 pick ups before. It took about an hour to get to the Everglades. Did the boat very good we saw two alligators was amazing and then saw the show. You get a free professional photo. Great experience. Just a note you have to pay the guide 15% tip at the end

I book Miami Everglades tour in your side. I reach the destination and the operating company said they didn’t receive the order. I called u multiple times you guys never picked the phone. Worst even experience

We got a meeting point which we could not reach due to the road being blocked. Meeting point could not be changed and no refund since it was to close to departure. Offered to meet up at the lake and join the group to get our tickets that we paid for. But then they claimed to be sold out!!!! So we got nothing for the money. Btw don't fall for the special price, that's not applief for the tour anyway.

We took a group of 6 adults and 11 kids here after a cruise while we were waiting for our flight; and it was some of the kids favorite thing that we did during our vacation! The price was really reasonable for what you got. I wish I remembered our boat operators name, because he was SO great! We didn’t see a ton of wildlife, but for us it was a perfect mix of animals, good information, and a fun airboat ride. The little animal show at the end was surprising and really enjoyable! 10 out of 10

My wife and I did the Everglades Airboat for her birthday. Totally enjoyed it and we did see a couple of gators. Highly recommend.

This tour is à rip off. I had yo take à uber as they changed the pick up place . 20 dollars more. And then to discover I went back pass my hôtel 1 h30 hours later. Plus animals are feed and in captivity. Awful

The duck boat ride was definitely worth the trip. Howeve, we had to wait over an hour fot the alligator show, which was a bit frustrating.

Felt like I was being herded through Disneyland…due to multiple boats in our area of the Everglades it was not the peaceful experience I had hoped for. The alligator experience was good

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I purchased this ON THE DAY of the tour. About an hour before the event started. I called the company directly and they told me they forgot to update the booking and unfortunately it was full and they cannot accommodate me. I didn't go on the tour as a result! They told me they would issue a refund but I had to go through the app. So I did. A month later they are refusing to give me back my money on a tour THEY COULDNT ACCOMODATE for! I've asked a couple of times and even tried ringing but nothing happened. So disappointed in people's ethics in business sometimes. Super selfish

Staff were friendly, taxi ride took 2hours from port. The island was beautiful. Rented a golf cart, explored the island, resort was wasn’t needed but was convenient.

Well this was quite a disappointing experience. We booked this trip for 98 dollars per person. This bus trip was good, the bus driver was exellent. But we only got about 25 minutes on the airboat. The driver of the airboat was clearly moody, plus he was driving super fast so it was impossible to see anything. After the airboat we had a poor exhibition with animals living in very small cages. It was all fine, but 98 dollers per person seems way too mush for what this trip offered.

Well organised and tremendous experience. The air boat ride through the Everglades to see wildlife in its natural habitat is really a must for everyone visiting South Beach

I had a super time. Pickup went well, tour guide & bus driver were great! The trolly tour suggested by the guide was super!

We had been to Captain Jack’s mangrove airboat tour twice before. This time we added the grasslands airboat tour this time (departed at a nearby location). Both were worthwhile for most ages. This year it seemed that multi owners had combined offerings.

Overall the tour was fine. The boats were much bigger than I expected and overcrowded. Each row holds six people and there are five rows. If you aren't in the end two seats on each side you won't be able to see. They are maximizing profit over experience by cramming these boats full. I wouldn't say this is true Everglades experience either. You're basically going through 90% open water trails. There is a constant stream of other boats out there as well. It's like a highway. One other annoyance was that I had a scheduled time for our tour but when I got there they told me it would be an hour wait. What's the point of scheduling a start time? If I could do it again, I would spend a little more to do a smaller boat in a more authentic experience.
