Visiting Key West from Miami
A bus trip to Key west from Miami south beach. The ride was great. Traveler need to make reservations for Key West activities. Some activity was sold out when we reach key west

Good bus ride, bad communication.
Normally, I’d give 5 stars, BUT I almost didn’t make it on the bus because my driver couldn’t find my reservation anywhere. I had a bit of a freak out moment because I didn’t think he was going to let me on the bus! Or I thought maybe that wasn’t my tour. My instincts told me that was my bus.
Even on the return trip, there was still confusion. I book through TripAdvisor all the time, and normally I never have a problem. But I’ve read other reviews and there always seem to be some miscommunication between tour companies, TripAdvisor, tour guides, etc. Everything turned out well, but could’ve gone horribly wrong.
Our bus driver was great. It was a huge double decker bus. But keep in mind it’s going to be a LONG day, and be prepared for bad traffic on the return trip. In other words, don’t make plans afterwards that you may have to cancel.
This is a good tour, but I just wish there was better communication between everyone.
