Where to Find Your Chauffeur Please have your mobile phone turned on. Please follow the instructions below to assist you in locating your chauffeur at the time of pick-up. Airport Arrivals Note, it is very important that the airline and flight information shown above is correct for us to track your flights. We will monitor all flights. If you change planes in the course of travel, please contact us immediately. Your pick up is a curbside pick-ups, after landing, please look for a text or a call from your chauffeur. Please collect your luggage and then contact your chauffeur in order to get directed to the pick-up location. Our chauffeurs wait for 30 minutes from the time your plane arrival*. If you would like to add the meet and greet at baggage claim/arrivals hall, please write us and upgrade for just $35 more. Hotel Transfers Your chauffeur will be waiting just outside the hotel lobby at the scheduled pick up time. Please keep the passenger's mobile phone turned on for communicating with your chauffeur. Note, our chauffeur will wait for 10 minutes past the pick-up time before leaving*. *Please note that any additional wait times are due to the chauffeur in the amount of $35 for 30 minutes.
