Booked a 10 person spinner van with Julie who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had six people and had plenty of room. Day started with a call telling us that the driver assigned to us was not responding, but they had a replacement driver who would ensure our day would not be ruined. I appreciated the communication and their effort to make things right. Our new driver - Bill Smith- was excellent. Although it was not his fault, he immediately apologized on behalf of the company and told us that we would not be impacted by the delayed start and he was right!! Bill was knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and did a great job leading us through the process, so we understood how each tour/tasting would work and when we would need to be back on the bus to stay on schedule. He took pictures of the group and Bill even added one final stop to give us a great experience. We would definitely use Pegasus again and would request Bill from the beginning. Problems and issues come up, but it's the way that a company handles issues that shows their commitment to their client. Thank you for an excellent tour and time.

This is the best possible way to do the Kentucky Bourbon Spirit Trail. My husband and I wanted a unique experience including tours and tastings and distilleries ranging from the vast and famous to the tiny and niche and we were not disappointed. Our driver, Corky, met us each morning and then proceeded to chauffeur us through a full day of delight. He made sure we were always on time, that our reservations were all in order - he even went the extra mile and had snacks and water in the car for us. Always professional, he was also charming, full of interesting stories about the local history, and a real highlight of our trip. We were able to fully enjoy all the potent libations of the tours because we knew our travel was in good (sober) hands. And of course you just can't beat the special feeling of never having to find parking, walk for miles through a parking lot, wait for a table, etc. From crafting the perfect tour to providing the best customer service, Pegasus was wonderful. We will definitely be using them the next time we're in Kentucky.

They went above and beyond for us and made the experience very enjoyable. Susan, our driver, was wonderful and really worked to make the experience excellent. Julie, who helped with the scheduling and booking, was also fantastic. She helped educate us where to go. I highly recommend and when I go back I will definitely use this company the next time.

KC was our driver on our tour and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating to our changing plans!

If you’re looking for transportation between distilleries along the bourbon trails, look no further. KC, our driver, help schedule and guide us from one distillery to the next. He was overly accommodating by taking our souvenirs from the gift shop back to the bus, snapping photos, and keeping the group to the itinerary. Highly recommend KC to make sure your tour experience is perfect!

We were picked up by Ben Hill in a very clean and lovely Volvo sedan. The Ben was courteous, professional, and quite personable. He even offered to make additional stops when we were ahead of schedule. He went above and beyond to drive us to some of the most historic distilleries despite the fact that they were not a part of our itinerary. He even showed us a few horse farms. While on the Buffalo Trace Tour, Ben went straight to the gift shop and purchased a bottle of Blantons to ensure we would have an opportunity to pick one up. If I ever return for this trip, I will be requesting Ben's services.

My husband and I used Pegasus services for a 2 day tour package on The Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Pegasus booked our B&B, restaurants, distillery tours, and driver. Our driver, Montana, was the consummate professional. He was punctual, gracious, knowledgeable, and kind. ALL of the arrangements worked out even better than we had hoped. I will enthusiastically recommend this company to my friends and family.

It was a great personalized tour. Great service, our guide Montana was extraordinary, very knowledgeable. An experience I would love to repeat and go to other distilleries.

We booked the Manhattan tour, and had Glenn as our tour guide. He was very accommodating, and even went out of his way to pick us up at my group's Airbnb. We got an early start at Woodford Reserve, while Glenn gave us a bit of history as we drove into the area. After an amazing tour at Woodford, we stopped for lunch. My group was all vegan, and Glenn called the restaurant to make sure they would have an option for us. After that we hit Buffalo Trace, which was fantastic as well. We took a mini coffee break before wrapping up at Angel's Envy. Glenn provided snacks, drinks, and even bubble wrap for any bottles we purchased (for our luggage). I would certainly recommend Pegasus. 10/10.

There were 4 of us, 2 couples that did the Boolegger tour to Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark and Limestone Ranch. We had Montana as our driver and luckily the whole entire luxury bus was just us! Montana was very attentive, punctual and accommodating. We had a really fun time at all 3 of the distillery stops, but it was nice to do the small one last as it was more of a personal setting with one on one service in the tasting room. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Montana for a fun day!

Booked this tour for my husband's birthday and he says it was easily his best birthday so far. I can't say enough good things about our driver Ben. He was really knowledgeable about all the distilleries and was truly a joy to talk with. We were scheduled for Barton 1792, Heaven Hill, and Maker's Mark. Ben also took us to Willett Distillery and Talbot Tavern (oldest bourbon bar) since we had some extra time built into our schedule. A local restaurant, Mammy's Kitchen, was chosen for our lunch and this added to our experience. The food was AMAZING and we preferred the family-run atmosphere to a chain restaurant. The entire day was well planned by Pegasus - we never felt rushed with extra time was built into each activity. We will be booking additional experiences with Pegasus in the future as this is the only way to experience the bourbon trail.

My girlfriend and I went on the Bootlegger tour in mid November. It consisted of the Woodford Reserve, Makers Mark, and Limestone Branch distilleries. I highly recommend this tour specifically because it gives you 3 very distinct distillery experiences. Our driver, Mike, was excellent. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. We were supposed to have multiple people on this trip, but the rest of the group were no shows, so we received a trip that was essentially custom tailored to us. For lunch, we stopped at a place called "The Stave", at Mike's recommendation. It was near the Woodford Distillery, had great food and atmosphere, and was an excellent recommendation. I really enjoyed touring all the distilleries, but I encourage people to go to the Limestone Branch Distillery. It's not a real "touristy" place like the others, so they have smaller group sizes for their tour. This made their tour more of a one-on-one experience, making it highly informational on bourbon making. Also, it was given by one of the master distillers at the distillery, and he could answer any and all questions that a person would have about the process (I asked a LOT). Makers Mark and Woodford were also neat places, both very historic, but pretty commercialized compared to Limestone, so their tours weren't as personalized. Anyways, Mike picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, was an excellent driver for the entire trip, and we had a fun time. I highly recommend you choose them for your trip.

Our driver Glen was awesome! We had a group of 12 guys on a bachelor party to do the bootlegger bourbon tour and he was on time, brought waters, cokes, sprites, snacks for us, and let us stop in between stops for bathroom breaks or food. He was hilarious and overall made the experience even better than the bourbon was already making it. He even made the effort to let us drop our stuff off and take us where we were going out for the night to be safe and save from an uber cost.

Our driver was prompt and courteous, tour included Buffalo Trace, Woodford and Angel’s Envy. Lunch was at a nondiscript bbq with decent fast food type bbq. Expected something more high end for the price. Tours were great and worth it. Met some nice people which made the trip better, as our driver did not share anything about the countryside or horsefarms along the way, but to be fair we didn’t ask him. Would recommend this company but maybe use a more upscale Food vendor for lunch
