- aleksa_bsk0 contributionsA bit expensive for what it offers. For 2 adults and 2 children, we paid about 160 dollars for the entrance. The wax figures do not completely reflect the real characters. We went to this kind of museum for the first time, but I don't think I would visit another one again, because the experience itself was not WOW, but just a rather expensive walk in the near darkness among some not very successful mannequins. Maybe for a lower rate, it would be worth it.Written August 29, 2024
- Wanderer328435690840 contributionsDisappointedJust a tip u cannot pay by cash only card or pre booked tickets. Walked from luxor hotel in 104 degrees to be told this a lot of people do not carry cards with them on holidayWritten August 28, 2024
- Kristinekohinsky0 contributionspleasantly surprised - worth the trip and price!my friends and i went on a whim last minute when we were just walking by and we honestly had so much fun, more fun than we anticipated. we took so many pictures and it wasnt busy at all which was nice. we went on a weekday afternoon. the marvel section was my favourite plus also the show was fun. they have a gift shop at the end with a bunch of marvel stuff if you like that, i bought 2 cute magnets. i dont know if i would return unless they did a total revamp or changed the wax figures but it was worth the trip the first time.Written August 13, 2024
- Stephanie K0 contributionsSo many photos ….So much fun!! We had a great time, and took tons of pictures! Did the Marvel 4D add on, would recommend, so cool! A must see!Written August 11, 2024
- G3326COcynthiac0 contributionsFun for the whole family.Fun for the whole family. This is a place you can feel comfortable taking the kids or grandma. It is so realistic, that it gets a little creepy. We have been to the one in Los Angeles, and it is not as interactive as this one. In LA, you have to stay behind the ropes and you cannot get up close and personal with the wax figures. This on in Las Vegas however, you can take pictures right next to them and they encourage pictures and playing with all the props. Plenty of pros and cons, some of which include: Pros: Cheap entertainment. It is right on the strip in front of the Venetian. Plenty of props to take pics with. About 40ish wax figures, very realistic! A good way to spend an hour or so. Air conditioned. Cons: There's only about 40ish figures. Some of them don't have descriptions, so you may be like me and aren't sure who they are? It is a little hard to find, there's very few signs inside the Venetian, and even less outside. The signs will lead you to the strip, and then best of luck to you. ITS UNDER THE COVERED TUNNEL NEXT TO THE VENETIAN! You paid your admission, just like everyone else there, so please, be patient and kind to each other, we all want to take pics with the props and the figures. Some people tend to be very pushy and rude. Overall its fun, and something to do besides gambling and drinking in Las Vegas. Also! Don't pay full price for a ticket! Check online for discounted tickets, I bought ours from AAA, less than $60 for 2 tickets.Written August 9, 2024
- AmberMum0 contributionsIt was cool inside. Temperature wise. This is a family friendly attraction, but there are a lot of figures with whom children will find unfamiliar. My daughter (age 11) was hoping for a Taylor Swift figure, but nothing. There are a few more recent figures, but Liberace, Elvis, and the Rat Pack were the Vegas icons that were fun to see. There is a huge roulette wheel with VERY dirty poker chips in it - we didn’t let our kids touch them, but the people behind us got into the wheel and were throwing the chips around. YUCK. At the end, we watched the Marvel 4-D movie, which was probably the best part of the attraction. Overall, a great way to get out of the heat, but probably not a place to which we will return.Written August 2, 2024
- R3767SFheatherc0 contributionsGood to visit not sure if I would return.Decided to go as it was a 39 degree celsius day so was looking for a cool place to wander. I had never been to a wax museum/display before so didn't know what to expect, many figures at my age I didn't know who they were, but old favourites like Elvis were a disappointment. The best staff member and a real entertainer was Jimmy at the Marvel 4D experience, included in the base admission ticket. Children would love this show, it went for around ten minutes.Written July 31, 2024
- Shelleystep0 contributionsMadame TussaudsWow Vegas Vibe Magazine threw a marvelous event at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas, hosted by Dusty Chambers who always has the most marvelous and informative parties, along with manager Gabrial Hewitt who was there to great us all.. There are many reasons that Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum has endured success, but at the heart of it all is good, old-fashioned curiosity. We all set out on a journey to see the newest celebrates, of sports entertainment and movies. Starting with wine and appetizers and a couple great was figures we moved from room to room where magnificent food stations were laid out. We went on a 2 hour fun filled at our own leisure visitation. Located in the Venetian facing Las Vegas Blvd, which was fairly easy to get to our times was ours to explore. There are many Madame Tussauds all over the world and I have visited a few but I believe Las Vegas is the best. Guests can truly get up close and personal with A-list celebrities, sporting legends, political heavyweights and historical icons. Thank you ever so much @vegasvibemagazine, Brian Gerard Jacob Wyble and the entire team for the awesome and very generous invite this evening at this wonderful attraction on the strip. The libations were flowing and the food vendors brought their “A” game: Chica at Venetian Las Vegas Yardbird Wakuda Smokin Hot BBQ, FLIGHT CLUB, Supercool Creamery and Ken Hofbauer, the caricature artist along with the terrific swag bag for each of us. All of the restaurants can be visited in the casino itself. Don''t miss next time In town.Written July 29, 2024
- Passenger489130417100 contributionsNice but smallThe museum is nice, clean but small. I was hoping for more figures, but unfortunately is not like that however it’s a good place to get out of Vegas heat and enjoy some AC for a pretty penny. My family and I made the best of this visit and I think if you’ve never been into a MT museum it’s worth visiting it.Written July 28, 2024

I've have ridden on the gondolas before, but this trip we needed two boats as we had a party of 5 and 4 can fit into one boat. The cashier at the counter outside charged me for 2 boats and stated that she gave me a discount for whatever reason. She wrote a note on the ticket for 2 boats. After waiting 1 hour in the sun for the tickets, we go into the hotel to ride the gondolas indoors. We get in line and the manager stated, that I was only charged for one boat, so I had to spend another $117. I'm pretty sure I was scammed, but I wanted my parents to enjoy this experience and no one in management wanted to fix this situation. It really wasn't worth it and to add the "extra" charge to it was frustrating.

The Madame Tussaud's experience was amazing. My husband and I had blast! Unfortunately we were not able to do the Gondola ride. Once we got to the ride after the Madame Tussaud's tour, the line to the reservations desk was a 30 mins wait. Then by the time we got to the counter the lady looks at our voucher and says that the Outside Gondola ride was booked for the evening but we could do the Inside Gondola ride for $24 more per person. Now, we were in line around 3pm and the ride was already booked? Also they expected us to pay $48 more to ride the ones on the inside? They were definitely not accommodating at all. I felt that this was a complete waste of time and money because this was our last day in Vegas and we couldn't use our voucher, which we already paid for months in advance. They stated that you have to make reservations for the rides but in order to make reservations you have to first get the voucher through the Madame Tussaud's tour, which is interesting because the tour times are between 12pm and 1pm, nothing earlier or later. Then you have to do the tour. Now here's the kicker you have to book your Gondola ride in person ONLY, so while doing the tour you could miss booking your ride. I feel if this was the case then why even put them together? No refunds but the Gondola voucher NEVER expires, or so they say. So I felt this was a very horrible experience and I'll never book this deal again! It was definitely misleading and because this was my husband's first experience of Vegas I felt like it left a bad impression. My advice is if you decide to do this experience make sure that you do it towards the beginning of your trip. That way you will have two days to do this because you won't be able to do both the same day. I wish I would've known that in advance. They should've put that information under the description.

This is a rip off. We paid $220 for 4 people to take a 10 miniteboat ride on the gondola. Our driver was awesome... but we were expecting a boat "tour". When we attempted to go in madame tussauds museum we were told we couldnt. They gave us tickets for the next day but we already have plans and reservations elsewhere. Total tipoff. Not happy & of course... cant get a live person on the phone

The museum was nice but a bit small compared to others that we have visited. The Hangover portion however was great.
The gondola portion was poorly handled. What you receive at the beginning are vouchers and when you arrive you have to make the same huge line as if you were purchasing the tickets for the first time. After you make this one hour line you are told that you now have to wait another two hours to ride the gondola. Why pay in advance if you have no advantage over the individual who is doing it there for the first time.
It wound up that we had planned this as the activity on our last day and wound up giving away the gondola tickets because we had no available time left.
Don’t bother buying this package. Purchase it when you are there as you are not saving any time and may actually pay for something that you won’t be able to use.

When I looked on the website, the boat ride was supposed to be inside not outside we went to the outside one and it was only supposed to be $68. I was charged $196 for the boat ride and a small dinner at the rockhard Hard Rock Cafe. Even the guy at the boat dock on the outside said yeah, people are told all kinds of stuff that don’t come through very misleading on the website. Dinner was good. The Trudell museum was not worth the admission and the boat ride is very short and it was outside in the heat in the sun. Very disappointing.

It was okay, museum was a very short walking display, not as many wax people as we had thought would be there. Gondola driver, Giovanni was Awesome, but we basically did circles in a pool out in front of the hotel, we did not see the indoor sights and shopping area as expected. Overall it was just okay, it definitely wasn't worth the price and we'd recommend you save that money for something else and just walk around the hotel.

It was an absolutely amazing experience. Though I thought it would be a little bit longer and different than it was. However our boat guide was awesome and he was an authentic Italian and could sing soooo good. They take you through one tunnel and you sit there and they sing u a song and then you come out and turn around into the tunnel next to it and he sings us another song. After ther we come out and head bad to the dock and otw back he sings us one more with a little Elvis vibes in the song!! It was a total if about 10-13 mins total. The trio booking is very much worth it as it gets you into Madame Tussauds and a meal at Buddy V's with was excellent!!

The wax museum was quite interesting. I was impressed with the level of detail and life-like quality of the display pieces. We took the outdoor gondola ride. It was like a moment of respite in a day of busy-ness. Our gondolier had a beautiful voice and took full advantage of the acoustics under the bridges. Not a long ride, but long enough to leave it feeling a little more relaxed.

We had just been to the Lady Gaga concert and our gondelier sang the same mambo that Gaga sang! Our gondolier could be a Gaga impersonator. She was fabulous and made the trip on our boat so fun! We also enjoyed the museum. Finally for the dinner at Buddy V’s we recommend the grilled salmon with the chickpeas arugula salad it was a delicious way to end our Venetian adventure.

Wax museum was very cool, a bit small for the admission price. Same for the Gondola ride-I had imagined it would be a bit longer. We ended up not using the meal voucher d/t discrepancy with where our reservation needed to be. One source said Buddy Vs, another said Hard Rock. Perhaps a drink voucher for inside the wax museum would be more useful?

I've got a question when you purchase the madame tussauds and gondola package is it the boat ride first
Written June 16, 2021
You can choose to do which ever you want to go first but, I would suggest doing the gondola ride first because if weather shifts while your inside the museum and they shut down, then you won’t be able to do it. We did the gondola ride and shortly after we did ours they shut down because it became too windy outside.
