- JodiV96000Beware if they Switch Your Tour TimeI was unable to go on the tour. I booked for a morning tour and there weren't enough participants to go. I wasn't able to go on the afternoon tour. Promised a refund, so far nothing. Tour for November 1 and now it is November 22.
- michaellab80700Vegas TiurFantastic tours, friendly staff and amazing tour guide. Would use again when we come to Vegas again.
- mandelacat00Viator ripped us off.Viator ripped us off for almost $200! It was presented like it was a guided tour of the Count Kustom’s museum but in fact what we were charged for was a day bus tour with Annie Bananie’s for $89 each. What we got was entrance to a free showroom. We can’t find a phone number to talk to any sort of costumer service for a refund. Be very careful and read all the fine print. We have no recourse and are very angry about it. Would have given a lower rating for the website if it was possible. The Count Kustom’s showroom was good but you won’t need more than 20 minutes. Viator ripped us off.
- Melissa H00Awesome Tour GuideThe tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area, as well as, the guided tour locations. It was an amazing tour experience!
- kaylakM5507WC00Great tour guideChristian was the absolute best guide I’ve ever had! Great personality and very informative. We had so much fun. A must for any car enthusiast! Thanks Christian for the best day!
- Destination25114400Honeymoon funChristian was an excellent tour guide and made the tour a lot of fun. Highly recommend it! Counts Kustom was awesome and pawn stars restaurant was the best barbecue.
- Kris_K_D00Cancelled by tour operatorBooked and paid in advance for a custom 4-hour tour. About two hours before our scheduled departure, a rep called to cancel; the one person who could drive the van was no longer available. We were departing Vegas the next day, so rescheduling was not an option and no alternative solutions were offered. We were disappointed, of course, but 1.5 weeks later I’m still waiting for my $400 refund and had to submit a credit card dispute through my bank.
- mikerH2419HW00Great tour Christian made it a great day!Great tour, Christian knew so much about everywhere we went and made the tour amazing! We will definitely look to take a tour with him again!
- khawannh00Best Southern Food in Las VegasGet ready for a taste of Soul Food Heaven. Although the wait was long, ever bite was well worth the wait. Hot & Fresh! It was so good we went twice .
- Excursion2556111896500Great TourThis tour was well worth it and Christian was an amazing host. All the stops on this tour where excellent places.
- willbuschmann202300Very disappointing in every way.We did pawn star tour in July. First of all communication is very bad. Second, our tour guide (Anthony ) was extremely rude and condescending. Talked to grown adults like children. Speaking of children, he made sexual and drug related innuendos and jokes in front of the children. Highly inappropriate. One or two stops chsnged from original schedule without telling us and we did not know until we showed up at each stop. Worst part was when you would ask Anthony where all are we going or what stop is next he in a rude tone refused to tell us. Again, treated us like children. Tour was so bad we left early. Corporate was informed multiple times and to this day has done nothing. I would highly suggest another tour based on their choices of your guides, experience and lack of willingness to help remedy situation.
- VegasAG00Great Time on Annie Bananie Tour!We enjoyed the Tour very much, good amount of time at each stop. Our driver, Christian, was awesome. He was funny, very knowledgable and friendly. We did not get to Allegiant Stadium though. We would both recommend him and this tour again. Shelby Museum, side trip to "Welcome to Las Vegas sign" and Rick's Smokin BBQ are all a must see and do.
- andreahZ4759FY00Great tour great tour guideFantastic trip comfortable transport plenty of time to visit each area and more. Great tour guide very knowledgeable and helpful would recommend
- Y281GWjamesk00Everything we wanted! It was really cool to have everything we wanted to see in one tour! Our tour guide was sweet! Full of information, but also let us wander on our own.
- arieldamore00Professional and excellentChristian was a wonderful tour guide. He shared a lot of very neat info that I doubt we would have been able to get on any other tour.

Suzy was truly great and really helped to make the tour interesting. This is a self led tour once you leave the bus, so don’t expect to see any of the reality stars or to learn much about any of the things you see at Counts Customs or Shelby American other than a couple things that Suzy was able to point out. I enjoyed being able to explore everything on my own, but there’s not really a VIP experience. Unfortunately, the one thing I looked forward to the most was seeing Allegiant stadium and we were unable to see much from inside the bus. It would have been better if we could have gotten out to take pictures of the stadium as well as the iconic Las Vegas sign. All these places, except maybe Shelby were free to enter, so really you are only paying for transportation (which can get expensive in Vegas). Thank goodness for Suzy!! All in all, glad we did the tour, but could have been better.

The bus driver, Christian, was great and did a tremendous job of showing us different reality locations in Las Vegas and making sure people were having a good experience. However, according to Trip Advisor, we were supposed to go to ATM (Tanked), but they apparently are moving locations and to American Restoration, but he is currently working out of his home. ATM was the main reason my family wanted to book the trip. Instead of those two locations, we were taken to the Shelby Museum, nice but not a reality show nor much of an interest of my family. We also went to the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, which, once again, was nice but we had spent 2+ hours the day before getting down there, taking pictures and getting back. Not the tours problem, but had we known we were going on the trip, we wouldn't have wasted our time the day before.
Bonuses of the day, we got to meet and take pictures with Steve Darnell (WelderUp) and also Jeremy Brown of Ultimate Sports Cards and Memorabilia.
I guess to sum it up, good tour, misleading advertising. Make sure to ask the stops before you book.

Tony was our amazing tour guide. He added some personal touches like stopping by the Vegas sign and how to get a picture without waiting in the long lineup. Also pointing out other consulting groups that work with Pawn stars and drove by Fremont Street. He was a champ at navigating all the construction, friendly and informative. We spent the most amount of time at the Shelby museum (truly a museum w/lots of info to read), then Counts Kustoms (just a walk through place- would have loved for the employees to provide some information but they never said a word and almost looked annoyed - bonus the cars are stunning and details are amazing) and last Pawn Stars (so tiny but huge fans of the show). Save yourself a bunch of Uber trips and book this instead.

Excellent tour. Plenty of time at all the stops, and best of all the driver/tour guide (Christian in our case) was able to give a mini-tour/history lesson at each stop, as well as Las Vegas history inbetween stops.
Also met a couple of the celebrities along the way (not guaranteed, though)
Christian takes great photos, in fact the best photo we have ever had taken at the "welcome to las vegas" sign. He knew exactly where to stand folks to get the great shot, even while others were snapping away.
Stopped for the right amount of time at each stop, and got some great t-shirts and memorabilia.
Really great value for money. Highly recommeded.

Tour was nice. If you love cars this is perfect for you! We went to the pawn shop also. That was unique and nice to see in person Rick showed up and went into the bar and restaurant that they now have there that he also owns. He had bodyguards and made most people leave the bar. Very standoffish and full of himself. Would not interact and didn’t want anyone near him and they made sure of it . On another note the driver/ tour guide was friendly, knowledge, and accommodating. We enjoyed it!

The tour was great. There was an extra $20/person for a tour at the back of pawnstars. Christian is very knowledgeable and we are glad to pay the extra to be able to see the back of the pawnshop and know extra details about what you see on tv versus the actual. It would be nice to have that option on the site for convenience. We did not see Rick and the other stars but it’s cool. they have a closed door meeting or something. We were still able to see pawned items at the back where regular tourists dont have access to.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🤩 Thank you for reviewing us!
Glad to hear you had a great time! The guided tour at Shelby American and the bonus of touring the back of the Pawn shop, adds volumes to the experience versus self guiding at every stop!🤩

This was a very informative and interesting tour.
However, if you are not really into cars, then this is not the right tour for you.
The guide was extremely well versed and provided a huge amount of history behind the success of this enterprise. I personally found it very rewarding and well worth the dollars paid.

Our tour guide, Suzy, was excellent and we enjoyed that the tour only held 10 people. Each stop allowed for ample time to look around but be aware that you are on your own at each stop; there isn’t a “tour” at any of the stops and certainly no behind the scenes information. The “tour” came from Suzy pointing out points of interest along the way. Just don’t expect to learn much at any of the stops.

My husband and I booked this tour in October 2020, for our 20th Anniversary trip to Vegas. We had a BLAST! Our tour guide was awesome, new all the ins and outs of all the places we visited. Got all of us free BBQ at Rick's BBQ joint from Pawn Stars, got to do a meet & greet with Rick at the Pawn Stars shop. We visited the Shelby Museum, and met with the VP of Shelby and the test driver for all the cars. There were so many other stops as well, took A LOT of pictures...we were able to see the new Hockey arena, and the new Football Stadium as well.
It was an overall awesome tour! Would definitely recommend this tour!

The tour canceled less than 1 hour before because they didn’t have enough people signed up! Really?! You didn’t realize that earlier? And because the tour starts at noon this meant we couldn’t find something else to do instead. Full day wasted because they couldn’t be bothered to let us know in advance that the tour was going to cancel. Seriously unprofessional!! Won’t even consider booking with them again.
