Dayno was an excellent tour guide. Had excellent info about the falls and the area. Gave great recommendations for what to do, where to eat and what to eat. Everything went smoothly and made our site seeing enjoyable.

Most of the people visit Niagara falls during the day take rides amd do all the stuff available there. The most beautiful view is during the winters when temp. are not to low. Thw site a night brings more n more beauty to this beautiful natural marvel of mother nature. Do visit Niagara at night and see the light show.

If you have limited time in Niagara Falls this is the tour for you! We were able to see everything we wanted to in one day. The views were spectacular, our guide was fun and knowledgeable and it included all the admissions. Our guide exceeded our expectations by providing us with extra tickets to Skylon Tower so we could go back to view the falls and Christmas lights from above. We were a part of a small group with Paul’s PJ Party on Christmas Eve.

We were lucky enough to get Dayna as our Tour Guide today. I am originally from Buffalo but moved more than a decade ago so l knew I was no longer familiar enough with Niagara Falls to give a meaningful tour. All I wanted was to make amazing memories with my BF who had never been. Dayna exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond at every turn. She was prompt! She was funny. She was VERY informative and had all the fun facts of not only the falls but the surrounding areas (US and Canada) which was EXACTLY what I wanted for our special day. She took a zillion pictures for us (thanks again) and made us feel incredibly comfortable + safe. The vehicle was immaculate and even saved our LIVES with a spare pare of socks for me and gloves for us both (freezing would be a gross understatement)! Do yourself a favor and book IMMEDIATELY. You will not be disappointed. 10 outta 10 recommend.

The tour guide was absolutely awesome great vibes, very knowledgeable and insightful. The niagara Falls itself was so beautiful even in late December, I was honored to be part of the adventure and part of the millions that visit yearly. Look forward in coming back possibly in the summer to get the full experience.

Niagara Falls, believed to be about 12000 years old, is in fact a group of 3 Waterfalls at the southern end of Niagara Gorge between the borders of Ontario in Canada and New York state of America. The source of these Falls is believed to be glaciers. The largest of these Falls is the Horse shoe Falls on the Canadian side and is estimated to be around 55 meters (175 feet) high. The Niagara Falls not only provides a beautiful and mesmerizing sight but it is also a valuable source of hydroelectric power and is known to be also responsible for the industrialization of nearby areas. For visitors, there are different attractions, such as Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, a large park, Museum, Aquarium besides Malls, hotels and shopping areas. As we reached Niagara in the evening we preferred to have a view of the falls in the backdrop of illuminated buildings of the Canadian side. Next morning we started the tour for the Maid of the Mist from the observation tower, where a poncho is provided for all the visitors before they go down to the deck for boarding a double decker boat. The boat ferries from the American side straddling around the Canadian border towards the basin of the Horse Shoe Falls. During this ferry, the visitor gets a close view of the massive rocks and white waters besides the buildings in Ontario across the border. It is an enthralling experience to be drenched in the drops and mist from the Falls. The tour to the Cave of the Mist is even more exciting as an elevator takes the visitors down by about 170 feet leading to a large cave at the level of the Niagara river. Through various decks and platforms, one walks right up to the Bridal Veil Falls with water crashing down and flowing down the decks. The decking is reported to be damaged every year after winter and rebuilt because of possible damage due to ice formation. It gives a scare to the soft hearted people and being old we did not go below the Veil though many people were going very close to the water falling down from the top of the rocks. It is a must visit place to experience one of the greatest wonder of Nature.

What a great day spent with Brian exploring both the American and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls. Brian was a very engaging story teller and I feel like we learned a lot of interesting things by him knowing what to focus on. He was very organized and did a fabulous job keeping things moving along without us ever feeling rushed or lagging. Excellent use of time. For the tour itself, I was willing to do it even knowing our activities might be “less than” summer activities and we might be more limited since this is offseason. But the activities exchanges made due to the offseason were still terrific. We still got to see all three falls from various angles and got to feel the roar and the spray up close. Not doing the boat trip was probably a good thing because we didn’t have many lines to wait in. I highly recommend this particular tour and am glad we had Brian as our guide.

The falls were beautiful! Eduardo our guide was amazing and so patient with some frustrating passengers and some parts of our tour being closed. Was a much longer day then expected.
