Mark was a great guy and went out of his way to accommodate our trip. Turned out the American side for the boats were already done for the season so he got our boat trip on the Canadian side. 5 star service.

We had a great time on this tour. We normally do our own thing when we travel, but going with TripShepherd made everything so much simpler and easier! They picked us up at our hotel and we saw all the big attractions on the American side. The guide didn't rush us, we had plenty of time to see and enjoy everything. And it was reasonably priced, it was only a little more expensive than paying admission and parking for each attraction.

We would give this tour a 5 star rating! Niagra Falls tour was a blast! Our host/guide Saieed could have not been any better. He was very knowledgeable, punctual, funny, very informative, and personable. He gave very clear instructions of what to expect on each leg of the tour. He was never rushing the group. The tour was absolutely amazing and such an excellent experience!❤️

Trip advisor while booking mentioned that there will be hotel pickup. They haven’t provided hotel pickup plus customer care was rude. They were getting irritated when I couldn’t find my guide. But Jimmy, the guide was great. He helped me out

This tour was exceptionally well run! Our guide Saied had prompt pick up times, provided clear instructions and advice for each stop, and a nice sense of humor. The amount of flexibility at each stop was just enough to keep on track for the day but allowed each person to decide their priorities for what to see or do. Loved the small group format - max of 7 guests per trip. We had a total of 6 and the van was quite comfortable.

Our guide Saied was excellent. Gracious, knowledgeable and very clear on what to expect, where to meet up, etc. The tour itself was very fun and interesting, well worth the money, and stress free. The only fault was not on our guide or the tour’s part, but on the lack of clarity when signing up for the tour. While the information says something like: “If you are not staying at a local hotel, contact us so that we can arrange a pickup location .”, there is actually no phone number, email or other means provided for doing so. There are some local hotels and an untitled address provided, but that does not work to secure a pickup time. Very stressful when spending a few hundred bucks and not knowing where to meet the tour. Turns out that once the signup process is done, the tour guide reaches out by text to arrange things, which is great. But THAT info would be way more helpful and less stressful that the info currently provided.

A great experience. Our tour guide Saied was very knowledgeable and informative. It was so nice not having to drive, getting dropped off at the location and not paying for parking.

All the views f the Falls were AMAZING! Our favorite was Cave of the Mist, the experience was awesome walking behind the Falls something that should not be missed! Our tour guide was informative and friendly

I loved this small tour group. It feels more personal and you get answers to all of your questions. The Maid of the Mist was great but the Cave of the Winds was even better. You are right next to the falls. Up close and personal. Mark was a great tour guide and I would highly recommend this tour to everyone.

This was an outstanding way to visit Niagara Falls and Niagara State Park. It was easy to take The Maid of the Mist and tour Cave of the Winds with helpful assistance from our guide. So nice to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel. Our guide was enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful - even drove us around town to show us how to find places we wanted to visit.

The trip was absolutely amazing. Our guide Saieed was fantastic. He’s very knowledgeable about the area and very personable. The food & service(Dennis was our server) at Steak Stone & Sushi was fantastic!

Awesome experience! Our tour was through Tripshepherd. And our guide "Jimmy Coyote" was on point! He knew just where to go and how to get there. Little to no lines because of his expertise. He explained our day from the get-go and we were ready to roll. We will do it again and highly recommend Jimmy Coyote. He was the brains of our operation.

Saied was a great tour guide. He throughly explained the sights we were going to see. He was very patient and answered all our questions clearly and calmly. He has a great friendly and warm personality. The tour sights were fantastic. Experiencing the power of the falls on Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, Goat Island and the other sights was well worth it. We were given time to explore and to individualize our experiences. It was a small tour. Just the four of us in our group. We were picked up at the hotel and returned there. A great day to remember our trip to Niagara Falls.

Great tour and guide ! Informative and friendly. Great to have a very small group so timing was flexible. We could stay longer if we wanted at a venue, or move on to the next location. Best way to go !
