The tour driver/guide was at times hard to understand (due to his heavy accent), confusing and was unable to keep his facts straight. He chatted too much about nothing. This tour seems like a scam to me. From all of the attractions listed, only 2 require admission (maid of the mist and cave of the winds, average $20.00 each and tickets are available at park)... with this said, why would a person pay $100.00 for this? Do not book this tour. It makes no sense, it is over priced (not to say dishonest), disorganized and the guides are rude. Guides fight among themselves over groups, negotiate with the park to skip the line (to get to the maid of the mist, super uncomfortable)... Again, do not book this tour, Maid of the Mist admission is super easy (22.95) as well as Cave of the Winds (19.00). Besides being scammed, the park is beautiful and attractions are awesome, just do on your own and avoid the aggravation.

They pick u up when the boats are all ready leaving n didn't even have tickets ready. They asked all 20 of us to jump lines n skip over 300 people. When they did it the second time he actually got into a fight with a tourist. They drive thru the exits to not wait in line. They advertised included admissions to places that are free to the public. The only 2 places u had to pay totaled 41$ n we paid 112$ per person. We never even got the coupons they are to be included. What a disaster n definitely want a refund.. The park people even knew this scam company

Except Maid of Mist, all other attractions are at single place. Only 2 major attractions Maid of Mist & Cave of winds rest all places which are connected to these attractions. Ideally, if you are not staying too far then you can spend some time at the Goat Island. It has nice beautiful scenes to capture.
If time permits, please try to visit Last Maid of Mist which starts about 9.30PM. It would have longer stay near illuminated Falls and can see the best fireworks in the river.
If you fancy walking then you can do it alone without guide on days which are relatively less crowdy.
Highly recommended for seniors and on weekends. Although they have different times, usually they will club to make sure there are enough numbers per trips on weekday.
Overall, it was pleasant. Kindly, the follow the local Tipping practise of 15-20% of the tour fees.

Be prepared to wait for quite some time! We were told pickup one time and it was a whole hour behind. It may be beneficial if you go on the weekend and don't want to have to wait in line for cave of the Winds or Maid of the Mist. Otherwise, your best just to buy an all-day trolly wristband and park in the 3 main parking lots. The trolly takes you to the main attractions and are almost always picking up and dropping off within 15 minutes of each other. All in all I don't feel it was worth almost $120 a piece.

The description says it’s a 5 to 6 hour tour . in fact it is a three hour tour spent an hour sitting in a parking lot in a vehicle doing nothing . Spent time to get lunch ? sat on a bus to eat it . Went to visit observation Tower after the boat ride did not have enough time for that and an observation Deck today We were left with 20 min for both .We had a guy name uncle Mo He was a friendly fellow .We did more of a tour around the outskirts of Niagara Falls which is a bunch of boarded up buildings and run down businesses. . After seeing the price of the maid of the mist boat observation tower the Cave of the winds I would suggest to buy your own tickets take the local shuttle Which is free. We can also use the trolley in the State Park which is three dollars spend the time that you would like and pay half the price. The falls in the area around the falls are amazing stay in those few foot couple blocks the rest is really really rundown

This is review is not correct at all.
The tour guide picked you up and brought you back after your tour was completed so those were the surrounding areas from where you stayed and you did the tour completely with all the attractions included as well. The tour guide MO always receives great reviews from our customers.

Don't waste your money.
The cave tour costs $21 and the boat $29 = $50
this tour costs $126
You would hope to receive $76 worth of extra value but all you actually get is a bus ride between the two attractions which you could actually walk in 15 mins.
There was no extra advice or information supplied by the driver, the bus was uncomfortable due to the driver not putting on the air con prior to us getting back on the bus each time we stopped. The driver unannounced pulled into a sketchy carpark and then states that we are here for lunch. This surpise stop suggested to everyone that maybe a light lunch was being supplied but NO. A waste of 45 minutes just sitting around.
The line at the boat trip was the longest that anyone had ever seen according to the bus driver and this was due to only 3 out of 4 lifts working on the day. This is the sort of knowledge that you would expect your extra $76 was going to help you with. The tour company should have known this as it should have been reported by their other bus drivers, and this could have resulted in our tour arriving earlier for this part of the trip, but NO we went to the unexpected lunch which i suspect was just for a free lunch for the driver.
The tour ended up taking over 6 hours due to the lunch and the line at the boat, when if you paid for the tickets yourself $50 and walked between the attractions, you would have the rest of the day to explore the Canadian side

The tour is really good and covers the main attractions. If you know what to do and have a car, you can do it on your own. However, the tour picks you up your hotel, gets you to the right spot, gets your tickets, and gets you home. It is worth the price.
We found out that it really doesn’t matter what hotel you pick. Downtown wasn’t great. Parking is very expensive so the tour avoids that.
Our tour guide talked too much about himself and not enough about Niagara Falls and it’s history. However, he did a very good job of getting us where we needed to be and he made it enjoyable

Very good experience, a little tiring since you need to walk a bunch so be sure to be comfortable. Gill did the tour super interesting when presenting important facts about the history of the city.
We went to one fall walking first, second walk trough the stairs in the fall so better and last the boat ride, the best!
I would recommend going afternoon as you may see rainbows.

Our tour was exceptional from beginning to end. We were picked up on time by our fantastic tour guide, Christine Weber. The line for the Maid of the Mist boat ride was not too long considering the hot, sunny summer day. The boat ride up to the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls was fun, and wet! Head to the top deck for the best view and experience. After the boat trip instead of grabbing an overpriced average lunch at the snack area Christine took us to a wonderful bakery in town for sandwiches, pizza and other delicious food for low prices. We ate on the bus and proceeded to the whirlpool lookout for a quick stop, made a stop for photos and a look from the top of Horseshoe Falls then off to the Cave of the Winds tour. This was the highlight of the tour. Prepare to get soaked! We were dropped off back at our cars and hotels on time, a 4.5 to 5 hour tour. It was well worth the price which was a little higher for numerous reasons. Christine Weber made the tour even better.

Jim was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing! We learned so much about the history of the falls & he was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour guide and tour agency. They made us feel comfortable before hotel pickup, made us feel safe and our guide Jim was so knowledgeable that our family has so much fun. Other people with different tour guides and agencies tried to join our group too for how fun it was. Would highly recommend this for anyone you will love this tour agency & tour guide
