Christine, our tour guide was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and extremely likable. Christine gave us enough time in each of the stops and gave us a great historical background about the Niagara Falls area.

The falls were amazing and took great photos with the family. I loved it, such a beautiful thing to see and u even get to view it up close with a cool breeze . Will come again.

Christine was very knowledgeable about the falls, told interesting and entertaining stories! She manifested a black squirrel by speaking it into the universe (first time seeing one)!! Good time and I can't wait to come back in the summer for the boat ride.

Uncle moe was fantastic! He was very personable and incredibly kind. He was knowledgeable about the area and answered a lot of questions we had.

Uncle Moe was such an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the history and information about the falls and the surrounding areas. He answered any question we had. He also made sure we were comfortable during the entire tour, dropping us as close to each destination as possible, which is something we truly appreciated. But most importantly, he always tried to ensure we were enjoying the tour, giving us ample time in each spot and not rushing us at all. We really had fun with this your because of Uncle Moe, can't say enough good things about him. As for the tour, it's as good as it can get given the amount of time allotted for it. However, for the price, we wish the duration was longer with more places visited. Overall though, the tour is a good way to see both sides of the falls, so especially if it's your first time in Niagara Falls, this is a good way to do it because it covers most of the basic attractions.

Canada has beautiful views, very polite folks, food from tower lunch, very good! Temperatures were wonderful. Tour was informative and fun.

The tour guide “Jimmy” was remarkable with the history and information. Our tour was delayed by having to wait for additional passengers. There were no water breaks, meal breaks or bathroom breaks. After the Maid of the Mist boat ride, and before returning to the bus, myself and several other passengers decided we were going to take a bathroom break. I was told by the hotel concierge-Gary Macri, we would be given an opportunity to purchase lunch. Nope, didn’t happen. As a diabetic, I must eat on a schedule without interference. I think if we wouldn’t have had to wait to pickup (4) additional, and very late passengers, we might have had time to purchase a sandwich or something.

We had a lovely small group - Christine was very welcoming, personable, knowledgeable, and took excellent care of us all! We thoroughly enjoyed each of our stops and ALL of the pictures!! Everything we wanted to see on the US side and more!!

Great time with uncle Moe. He is a gentle kind soul who truly just enjoys life. He doesn’t get in a rush and is not a stick in the mud tour guide. Don’t book this guy if you’re miserable and in a rush, if you enjoy hanging out with a good ole boy who’s a life time local this is your tour!

Everything seem to be fine overall but there was 1 thing I want to comment on. In the room's bathroom mirror on the lower left corner was a sticker that stated 4 things that your people will do every day; 1 change used towels, 2. make the beds, 3. empty trash cans and 4. check the soap canisters, these item were not done on the 2 days of our stay. My thought is why have this on the mirror when this is not done????????????
