I nice jaunt out of the city.
It was nice to get out of the city and see waterfalls. However, our guide didn’t notify us of our early pick up time until the morning of, which was very late in the game. We were on vacation so got up based on when we needed to be ready. All others tours notified us the night before.

          Phoebe is the best!
So fun! Our tour guide Phoebe was so knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our questions. She was so sweet and offered to take pictures of us at every waterfall and tell us where the perfect photo spots were. She gave us time at every waterfall and was overall so funny and kind! She also offered us umbrellas and complimentary waters incase we forgot!

The waterfalls were amazing! The day was windy and chilly but that didn’t prevent us from experiencing the whole waterfall experience!❤️

Fun day checking out the many water falls.
Very nice tour, we would have never been able to find all the cool spots he showed us. Also, took pictures of us with the falls and the sign so we could remember our trip. Well worth the money.

          Phil Is Awesome!
The tour was amazing! Picked us up and dropped us off right outside of our hotel. Phil was very informative, kind, and had a great sense of humor. He also took time to take everyone’s pictures at each stop. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to tour the gorge!

          Waterfalls galore!
What a great experience. Driving in the old Scenic Hwy, we saw multiple water falls both in and out of the van. There were lots of stops to walk up close to the falls and take pictures. The trip operator (Gunner) was knowledgeable about the area and had lots of corny dad jokes to make us smile. I highly recommend!

A lovely way to spend an afternoon
The tour company was able to give us a meeting place since we weren't staying at a hotel, and Phoebe picked us up on time and ready to roll. There were 11 or 13 people on the tour with us, and we were comfortably seated in a lovely van. Phoebe told us some of the history and information behind the landmarks as we drove to the different destinations. We had plenty of time to explore each one, and we all enjoyed our time. Our part consisted of parents in their 40's, two 23 year old, a 20 year old, and a 17 year old. Thus is a great excursion idea for a family. We had a wonderful time!

          Best Portland city tour
We had a wonderful city tour. Our guide Phil Sollers was top notch. He was so friendly, cheerful, and answered all our questions. He knows the history of the city as well as the culture, the arts, and current day issues. We loved it and would highly recommend!

We took this as a private tour and the value delivered far exceeded the cost. We saw far more than we would have had we been doing this on our own (and would not have made it to Timberline Lodge as we are not accustomed to driving on snow). Being that it was during the week and not during the peak season, it was not very crowded. Being a private tour, there was greater flexibility and efficiency. And then there was our guide, John, who raised the quality of the tour experience to a level far exceeding our highest expectations. John is very friendly and personable, incredibly knowledgeable of the history of the area, and truly passionate about what he does. We could not have asked for a better touring experience. The next time that we are in Portland, we shall do another of their private tours and hopefully be John’s guest once again.

This trip was fantastic! Eduardo, our guide, was friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed us the best sites that Oregon had to offer! Each stop had time to see everything around you, visit any gift shops, take a quick bathroom break, and take some pictures. Our tour group left on a Tuesday, but there were only 5 of us, which was nice. Hood River was a highlight of the tour, the city is ranked very highly in the US, and our lunch at a vegan restaurant, stop at one of the best toy stores I've ever been to, and casual stroll around town was extremely enjoyable and left us wanting more! Would highly recommend this tour. It left at 8:45 am from our hotel and returned around 5:15 pm, the drivers ask at the beginning of the tour if anyone needs to come back before 5:00 so that they can plan for traffic. The tour also included complimentary water bottles for anyone who got thirsty, and a stop at an ice cream store near one of the many vineyards we passed.

John was our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Oregon’s history and landscape. The vista points and stops on this trip were really breathtaking. The tour was well paced and our guide was thoughtful about making stops to stretch our legs and reset. We left around 9 and came back around 5, so expect a full day or sight-seeing with opportunities to get food and snacks throughout the day. We took this tour in January and got a bit of snow as we drove up to Timberline Lodge so bring warm jackets! While there was a lot of cloud cover, the views were still worth it. The tour was great and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Portland. John clearly loves his home state and we really enjoyed not only hearing about Oregon’s green philosophy, but getting to experience it firsthand as well.

My husband and I participated in this tour as part of our first visit to the area. It was a great way to see a lot of what Oregon has to offer in a limited amount of time. Angela was our guide and was amazing. She shared information about everything you could think of - flora & fauna, history, geography, geology, recommendations for places to eat, hikes to take, etc. - all while driving a big van with 9 people in it. It was a long day with a good deal of it spent in the van, but we made 10 stops, some longer than others, with an hour for lunch in Hood River (with plenty of restaurant recommendations given). There were many beautiful vistas (as well as an awesome fruit stand!), and Angela knew the best places to stop and was more than happy to take pictures for us. Water was provided, and a couple of the stops had places you could buy snacks if so inclined. All in all, this was an excellent tour.

I could not have been happier with this tour. Exceeded my expectations in every way!

We took the Mt. Hood and Multnomah Falls Loop Tour and our guide, John, was wonderful. He took us to extra spots not listed on the site's itinerary and made every location both educational and fun. And, we ended up having perfect weather amidst a rather cold and dreary week, which made the experience ten times more memorable!

The tour company itself was also extremely responsive in answering my many questions prior to booking the tour, which is one of the main reasons I ultimately went with them. Highly recommend!

Not a good value for money. Phill, the tour guide was great. The bus was comfortable but we spent majority of our time just driving around. Very little time spent at the actual spots. Spots are great but couldn’t spend more that 20-30 mins anywhere … pretty steep I must say

We visit many stops on this tour and in order to do so we do have time limits at each location. We do offer private options of our tours and if you book a private tour you can adjust the itinerary to fit your wants. It sounds like it might be a good idea for you to book a private tour in the future.

The weather gods gave us a beautiful blue sky day! I was picked up at the hotel on time and we had a nice group of folks. John our guide was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable, and offered to take pics for us so we didn't risk losing a phone. We had several stops, including waterfalls, a nice 1 hour lunch in Hood River, Columbia River Gorge and Scenic Highway, Rowena Crest, great views of Mt. Hood, and past by alpaca farms and lots of orchards/wineries. We had a little time to walk around Timberline Lodge and John gave us the short history lesson on it. I grabbed a hot chocolate from there to go. On the way back to Portland John stopped us at the town of Sandy for another scenic view of Mt. Hood and to stretch the legs. It was a full day and worth the money.

Trip was amazing the guide was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. From the pick up from our hotel through the tour and return the guide, Phil Sollers provided information and ditties concerning the area and his life as a Portlander. The locations we visited were stunningly beautiful.
The tour is meant to accommodate 12 guests but on this occasion there was only 5 of us in 2 families so nothing was rushed. Thank you Phill for a fabulous day.

The stops on the tour were wonderful, but I felt very rushed. The guide, John, made no effort to get to know anyone or even introduce us to each other. It was not interactive at all. He just talked non-stop the entire tour. He was very upset if people were even just 3 minutes late getting back. We have no control over bathroom lines, and don't know where we are going. Then, he made one stop just 45 minutes out from home so he could stretch his legs. Everyone was resting and didn't want to stop. I would have rather had that 20 minutes at the falls or some other stop. But it was clear this tour was about what he wanted. This is a paycheck for him, not a job he enjoys.
