Very Informative and Entertaining
Linda was an awesome tour guide. She was very entertaining and we learned a lot. The pace was good, but make sure to wear good walking shoes. The sidewalks are uneven in a lot of areas. This tour is a must do for anyone wanting to learn about Charleston.

Charleston strolls walks through history tour
Oct. 2021 • Couples
This was our first tour of 4 that we booked through Bull Dog Tours. It was a wonderful tour and our tour guide was the best. This man had so much knowledge of Charleston that he made you leave the tour I believe of having more knowledge than some of the residents of Charleston. We had only one downside the weather. The rain came down in buckets fo better than half the tour. His name was Glen and trust me he tried every possible way to keep us out of the pouring rain. We all had one thing in common we were soaked but we knew all about Charleston when we were done. So my man Glen my hat is off to you. Thanks Again

Best Tour

Linda who led the tour was outstanding. She made sure that everyone could hear her, answered questions and pointed out all the little additional items on the tour. She showed us where to catch glimpses of gardens and explained the types and features of the style of each house.very informative and attentive. Outgoing and thorough.

Thoughtful, fun tour
Sep. 2021
My delightful bride and I do a lot of walking tours and this was a dandy one. Informative, well-paced, thoughtful, not too large a group. Guide John Hodgson was very well informed, and also managed to steer us to stopping points where we were in the shade, or sometimes able to sit, which in Charleston in the summer is a relief. Later we went on another Bulldog Tour with a different guide who just did not know how to tell a good story or set a good pace which made us appreciate John even more.
