Customer service was wonderful. We stopped early in the day and the lady at the ticket booth said that the tours may not go out that day due to high winds but she would take my number and let me know if they were going out. She text me a few hours before the tour was to go out and said that they were going to do the tour. The Narrator of the cruise was very good and gave a lot of information and answered questions. The captain walked around and mangled with the guests. The views were beautiful and it was a lovely afternoon.

Boat tour was very beautiful. Personnel on board were very helpful, friendly, and informative. A very good way to see a lot more of door county.

I highly recommend this trip if you're interested in local history. Connie was very entertaining and kept us interested the entire trip with her stories about the county. The views are outstanding and the staff very friendly

On the Explore Peninsula Park Caves and Eagle Bluff Lighthouse boat tour, the view from the water gives you a totally different perspective of Peninsula State Park and the surrounding areas. The boat crew members were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our cruise south from Sister Bay. The crew was friendly, funny and informative. It was wonderful seeing Door County from the water and learning the history of the area.

We enjoyed two hours of sight seeing on Green Bay. Connie, our narrator, kept us informed and entertained. The trip through death's door gave us a feel of Lake Michigan's waves and a chance to view some lighthouses.

I booked this trip 3 weeks prior to the date of departure. I was told to arrive 15 min before hand. Which I did. It was then that I was handed a boarding number just short of 100! Which meant I and my party couldn’t board until 94 people got on before me! If they would have told me about that procedure I would have obtained my boarding number at least an hour ahead of time and just browsed around the area while awaiting the departure time. The staff were lovely people and Connie was an excellent hostess with a wealth of information to share with the tour. I learned a lot about the Door County area and shore line. One deficit of this tour is that the seating arrangements are not comfortable at all for people over 60! The bench seats are hard and if you end up getting a bench on the side of the catamaran you have to strain your neck to twist and strain your back to the look at the item that the docent is talking about! Also your back hurts because there’s nothing to lean back on as the back of the bench is up against the side of the boat. Possibly a suggestion to bring a pillow or a stadium seat would be in order for comfort. OR get rid of the bench seats and put in other types of chairs that would be comfortable for sitting and leaning back on. Most of the customers were elderly that particular day and a lot of them looked uncomfortable as I did.

This was a wonderful trip on a beautiful September afternoon. Connie, our tour guide, said that she had lived in Door County her entire life. She was so informative about the area. We sat on the top deck and had great views of the shoreline.

We only had time for the shortest tour, but it was a stunning trip and our guide was a stitch. Highly recommend if you have a little time to relax and enjoy!

Captain Cal, First Mate Connie, and narrator Chuck were all so friendly. The lady working the ticket booth was great. I booked my tour online and the process was very easy. We were warmly welcomed aboard. The water was a little rough but the captain did his best to minimize the boat bounce. Chuck is a local resident of Door county and had a wealth of historical information and personal anecdotes. My wife, who uses a cane, was helped both on and off the boat. Everyone was very attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise. I am already looking forward to coming back on our next vacation and taking the sunset cruise.

Great fun. Captain and tour guide were excellent. Nice way to spend a couple of hours and the cost very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company for a different cruise.

We did the inaugural Celestial Odyssey stargazing boat tour. It was fantastic and something I hope you can continue to offer. The dosen from the Door Peninsula Astronomical Society was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Being able to get away from shore and the light pollution made the stars and Milky Way bright and very visible. We were lucky to have a clear night. Highly recommend.
