Overview
A San Francisco Segway tour combined with a trip to Alcatraz Island gives this 2-day tour great sightseeing value. On the first day, cruise out to Alcatraz where tickets often sell out months in advance, but this tour guarantees even last-minute admission. On the second day, choose a small-group Segway tour that takes you past San Francisco’s must-see attractions with ease.
What to Expect
On your first day, make your way to Pier 33, and board the ferry to Alcatraz Island at your selected departure time. Upon arrival, take an audio tour of the former penitentiary, and learn about its legendary former inhabitants. Explore the compound on your own, returning to the city whenever you wish. Please note ferries depart roughly every 30 minutes.

The next day, meet your guide at the designated location for a short orientation session. Then, set off on your selected route, both of which include plenty of photo ops and commentary about San Francisco history.

Great combo, fascinating Alcatraz trip and fun segway tour

We always wanted to do ride a Segway so what better way to combine the Segway tour with a trip to Alcatraz. Our guide Fima was very patient and knowledgeable. We had a very good experience and would recommend the combo to everyone.
