- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Rescheduling is available in the event of inclement weather
- Comfortable shoes and clothes, water and sunscreen are recommended; dress in layers as weather is likely to change quickly
- Must be 13 years of age or older to rent electric bike
- For electric bikes, full-day equals life of 1 battery, approximately 20-25 miles (32-40 km) depending on use
- Visitors are required to maintain 6ft of social distance from other parties and staff.
- Curbside pick-up is available for all rentals. Bikes will be brought out to you and likewise you can leave them outside upon your return.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Service animals allowed
- Near public transportation
- Most travellers can participate
- All staff is required to wear PPE to ensure everyone's safety. Visitors will be asked to come wearing their own PPE. Masks are available for sale for those that do not have their own.
- Staff will disinfect the equipment before a safety demonstration so you will know that it is clean.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travellers

Buying the ferry tickets in advance from us is supposed to make your trip back from Sausalito smoother, but we actually inconvenienced you and I apologize for that. If something went wrong you don't have anyone to speak to. They do not give refunds, only a free rental next time; so if you're a tourist that does not plan to visit SF again, say bye bye to your money; Worst service EVER!!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There electric bicycle broke down and no one informed us that there was road side assistance. Everyone I spoke to was rude and did not care about the inconveniences they caused. To top it off they charged my credit card without my permission. This place is shady. Do not waste your time here. Show less Madison, You say you didn’t know about the roadside assistance, yet after using the bike all day you called at 6:30 from the golden gate bridge saying you had trouble with your E- bike display. We sent a driver out to bring you a replacement bike, and you continued riding- so we are unclear how you didn’t know about the very service you used. Your party then used our one-way drop to end at a location you did not start from, and we additionally waived your one-way drop fee. While we are grateful for our guests, we are not excited about your misinformation campaign across multiple platforms as we did take immediate action (roadside service & gave a free one way drop) to fix a small technical problem that happened late in your day of biking.
