Lovely way to see Boston! We enjoyed the views of the city from the water. We loved seeing the USS Constitution naval ceremony firing the cannon at sunset. The boat was very clean and the narrator was informative and fun. Our entire family loved it. Highly recommend!

      Great experience!
Very cool tour! Followed a whale that was actively feeding for about an hour. The captain did a great job of maneuvering the boat so all sides could view. Knowledgeable and interesting guides who seemed as excited to see the whales as us tourists! Also the boat was pretty steady for those worried about sea sickness. Would definitely recommend!

      An enjoyable cruise
We enjoyed the Harbor Cruise as we were looking for a relaxing cruise to sit and look at the sites. This fit the bill. The folks operating the cruise were nice and friendly. The who narrated the tour was pretty good and answered any questions. Very enjoyable.

      Great experience touring the harbor
Holly, our tour guide, was a delight. She was engaging and genuinely funny. You could tell she loves what she does and also has a passion for Boston's unique history. We really enjoyed the experience and would go again. The rest of the crew were friendly and professional. We arrived right when the boat was taking off due to a delayed Uber ride and they were very patient and accommodating about getting us on board.

Great way to see the Boston Harbor
Great way to see the Boston Harbor! We had a cold but sunny day for our cruise, thankfully they had plenty of indoor space. Our guide was well spoken and fun to listen to. I would highly recommend this tour!

This company has consistently over the years had employees that actually give a damn about their job which is sadly rare these days. Catherine at the ticket office in Salem went WAY above and beyond to help my father who was born and raised in Salem after the Salem trolley company totally screwed my entire family over and left an elderly stroke survivor with trouble walking literally on the curb (and proceeded to yell at me on the phone!). Book the ferry (excellent ride, boat crew were first class esp. senior deck hand Reggie). Skip the trolley. The trip is totally worth it ftom Boston.

Took the ferry from Salem to Boston. It is high speed and sitting outside got very cold, but luckily you could move inside as needed. The views of the coast and islands were awesome! The best was seeing Boston from the water. Very cool!

You’re packed in like sardines. If it’s cold you better get there really early because the wind and cold is unbearable and there is only enough room for half the people to pack inside. Couldn’t wait to get off. On a positive note, the staff was very nice.

Boat trip to Boston was pleasant and on time. We left 10:30a.m. From Salem.
The return trip was on time but on a smaller boat and the trip was very rough and many passengers filt I'll from the rough water and high speed. Not a pleasant return trip. A sad end to a good day of sight seeing in Boston. 😔

Perfect way to get from Boston to Salem and Back. The staff was courteous, the guide provided information about the landmarks along the way to make the trip interesting. Would bring cash for snacks and drinks on board as the internet wasn't working to run our card.

I have been on several ferrys'. This was extremely bumpy the whole ride minus 5 minutes. Several people got sick. I definitely was not expecting this on such a huge ferry. We ended up not taking it back because how bumpy it was. It was an extremely nice day with perfect weather. If you get sick, definitely take something. I was not expecting this.

We traveled from Boston to Salem on the ferry to sightsee, but unfortunately, a dense fog had rolled in the night before and visibility was very low. It was a quick trip with lots of fun facts about the area from the announcer. The snack bar attendant was a kind woman who gave us ponchos to wear while my husband and I nursed our mild seasickness on deck in the rain. Lovely staff and well-maintained vessel!

The boat was much bigger than I expected. There was a ton of room inside with seating and tables for a few hundred people. There was a bar where you could get food and drinks. I thought it would be a little rocky but going and coming back was as smooth as glass. I would highly recommend this cruise to anybody wanting a nice leisurely cruise from Boston to Salem.

It did the job! The pier is pretty, the views and bar offerings were meh. However, I'd still recommend because we met a lovely couple and once you get to Salem you can literally walk straight into the town. It was fast and efficient.

The ferry was great and clean it arrived on time and left exactly as expected. The captain gave a little tour of the harbor and the water was calm. There was one confusing issue on Trip Advisors description. The description read “ride the ferry from Boston to Salem”. They offer Salem to Boston as your first choice, the 2nd choice beneath it is Boston to Salem. I don’t know why you would present it to a purchaser that way it was confusing to book.
