Didn’t use service due to rude customer service. Gentlemen put his hand on my wife.

Do not use. No refund offered either!

Safety issues .
The bus ride was ok but I was very disappointed in the boat ride around the Statue of Liberty. There were no handicapped provisions and there were
LIFE JACKET SAFETY ISSUES .
When I asked crew member to identify where life jackets were on this SIGHTSEEING vessel, he laughed and said don’t worry we’ll throw it to you if you need it. It was a joke to him. No further explanation. I found it extremely unsettling and unsafe. Having been a long time boater I am aware of safety issues . My family and I sat near the exits to be able to use either exit in case of an emergency. I was under the impression safety was a priority especially on a vessel involving approx 100 people . How were they going to throw life preservers to that number of people? NO safety issues were ever addressed at all.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. Please note we have signage on all vessels of our fleet indicating what to do in the event of an emergency, and how to handle flotation devices. Our deckhands are very much aware of what to do during such circumstances and have been approved by the USCG. Also, all of our deckhands also have 3+ years of experience. If the deckhand did say this it was maybe for a moment of humor. I do apologize for any inconvenience faced.

Ok…
It’s ok, the staff is super unorganized and could be seen as rude. I do feel like they lied to us. We got the two day bus tour package and the second day wanted to go the Bronx tour but was told it was not operating anymore due to covid. Then we asked about the blue line and was told it stoped at 4:00 pm but we’re told previously the last one was at 6:10. The night tour is nice but we waited over an hour for it. Overall a nice way to see the city!!

Best bet to see the city sights!
Very good to see things you wouldn’t ordinarily see! Easy to jump on and off whenever you like! We did the 72 hour unlimited and could have did more - the cost was very reasonable and I would recommend this for all visitors!

Thank you to all of you that gave negative reviews! We had no issue with overcrowded busses :-)
Jul. 2021 • Family
Bought the tickets online yesterday so we didn't experience any of the high pressure sales people have mentioned. I read all the negative reviews this morning and was seriously afraid it was going to be a disaster. We got on our first bus near the 911 memorial. It was basically empty except a few people. When we got off near Times Square there was a long line of people waiting to get on but there were 2 busses. I am positive there were enough seats to accommodate everyone. We got back on later and were able to see a lot of things we wouldn't have seen if we were walking or taking the subway. The app was great and the times stated were accurate. Not sure why it was so bad for others. I am not paid or doing a fake review. I have receipts :-)

Great experience.
Jun. 2021
Got on at City Hall and rode around lower Manhattan back up to Times Square. Bus was almost empty to our delight. A wonderful scenic ride. Absolutely awesome. Bus was very clean and driver was friendly and helpful. Once we got to Times Square there were many many people waiting to get on so we exited. Looks like the lower loop is much less crowded and peaceful. Overall great experience. The cruise was a different story....

The statue of liberty tour was the most memorable. You get to see all the attractions in the city at a fair price.
