    Fantastic show. Venue rip off
Fantastic show and performance. Was surprised at how good the show was. Bought restricted view tickets direct from theatre which were barely restricted and fraction of the price. The theatre drink prices were a disgrace. We were taking a back with the price of a small beer and vodka. Over 50 dollars! But the show and cast were great. Witty and funny. Would recommend definitely

    What a blast!!
Fun, lighthearted, clever and very entertaining: this is a great show! The cast is talented and energetic, the staging and lighting are excellent. You will laugh and feel like getting off your seat to dance many times as you recognize all the famous tunes in the production. Go see it!!

    A must see
Water for elephants had an excellent set, lighting, concessions, and theater. The performance was completely enjoyable, and the actors were unbelievably wonderful. Enjoyed every minute of it. There was fabulous singing and dancing, and the acrobats and aerial component was outstanding.

    Amazing museum
Broadway is strongly linked with the history of NYC. When visiting the museum, with the outfit, scenes and other things of classical plays, the visitors learn about the history of Broadway and the city.

This is the show to see...if you are a fan of Broadway you will find it here...this is a great cast and they put on a terrific show... I may just need to see it again! My congratulations to everyone behind this show... You all know your craft..... If you are reading this know that you will be delighted with this performance...I cannot imagine that they could have done a better job.... Many thanks for your extraordinary efforts ....the results here reflect your many talents!

    Don’t Miss It!
Amazing!!! If you need a good laugh—-and an overall fun experience—-this is the show to see. It was obvious that the actors were having a great time, also. The laughter was totally contagious.

    Broadway Fans Deserve Better
THE GOOD NEWS is that there is a Museum of Broadway at all. For super-fans such as myself, a museum about Broadway is to be appreciated and savored. I had a lovely time. However, THE BAD NEWS is that the museum is very poorly designed and could have been SO MUCH BETTER. Instead of integrating tech (lighting, sets, etc.) into all the exhibits, it has its own section at the end, a cacophony of sound as different videos compete in a single room. Throughout the museum, the many (delightful!) photos have microscopic labels indicating the show, so I spent a huge amount of time trying to figure out what actors were in what show. The editorial judgement seems sketchy at best, Hamilton had next to no coverage whereas Rent had a whole room and Moulin Rouge did as well, which leads to the impression that exhibit space is being sold to the highest bidder. Stephen Sondheim’s (amazing!) hand-written letter to Leonard Bernstein thanking him for the opportunity to work on West Side Story was placed so high it was almost impossible to read. I would have loved to see: 1) pictures of actors before makeup and after makeup, 2) photos/demos of costume changes – how are super fast changes done? 3) more information on lighting, the information that the first computerized lighting board was developed for A Chorus Line was fascinating and left me wanting more. I could go on and on but I will end where I begin. If you love Broadway you will enjoy yourself, while at the same time you will long for a better, more immersive experience.

    Amazing show!!
As a theatre nerd when we booked a holiday to New York of course we were going to Broadway. After carefully looking at all the shows we booked one we had never seen before called Hadestown. We arrived at the theatre (why are American and British theatres so different?!) and got in our seats straight away. We had a great view despite our seats being moderately high up and cheap. The show started and it was so good and we all enjoyed it! The characters were really well cast, with Orpheus being played by Jordan Fisher (John Ambrose in To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before PS I Still Love You) and all of the other cast members being outstanding. By the end we were exhausted and enjoyed ourselves so much!! Definite recommendation!!

    Amazing museum for Theatre Lovers!
This was so good!! As a theatre lover, I found out about the museum and instantly dragged my mum in. We got one of the early slots which was perfect as we got breakfast on the way there as the museum is right on times square. When we went in the staff instantly greeted us kindly and showed us into the first few rooms, information rooms about the beginning of Broadway. The rooms were based on different musicals and started from the oldest to most recent. All pf the rooms were beautifully decorated and had props or an original costume from shows and lots of scenery and information. Every few rooms was a staff member who told us lots of information about Broadway. Some famous musicals with rooms were Rent, West Side Story, Moulin Rouge and A Chorus Line!! Other musicals had original props and costumes! When we finished the museum we found an amazing gift shop with great gifts! Definitely recommend!!

Let me start by saying that I've seen Cats (3 times), Miss Saigon, Lion King, Get on your Feet, so its not my first time around Broadway. The songs are a big part of the shows and I just felt they were all very "meh". There was a few exciting parts, but too few for me to be wowed unfortunately. I won great seats from the lottery and honestly if I had paid full price, I would have been very disappointed. Sorry.

In August, seven of us experienced a 2:00 pm performance of Wicked. It's fair to say all of us were blown away and I was the least musically-inclined of the group. The acoustics were so clear. In my 70s, there was no auditory straining to decipher the songs or spoken dialogue. The performers were striking in their freshness and vitality. The two leads had wonderfully nuanced and powerful voices. The stage visuals and `special effects' were stunning and beyond clever at times. The plot-as-performed is engaging and easy-to-comprehend (much more so than 3rd-party `plot summaries' I encountered on the Internet ahead of time.) The theater was comfortable and clean. Access to the Gershwin by subway was convenient. Do yourself an great big favor - don't miss Wicked!

Definitely a one of a kind experience. I expected the tickets to be much more expensive for how great our seats were. The tickets were a little over $100/person but I'd be willing to pay for it again to watch this or any other play. Next time I'd like to see The Lion King.

I'm a 60 year old male who drives an F350 and enjoys working with cattle. I think politicians cheat. Young people don't get it and woke is what you do around 4 am before going to work. I LOVED THIS SHOW AND LEFT WITH A BIT OF A 😢 at the end of the show.

As expected, the play was great! I booked our tickets through Travelocity. They were reasonably priced and in the very first row of the balcony/mezzanine. Great seats!

First Broadway show I've actually seen ON Broadway and I was not disappointed. the performances were wonderful and the sets were amazing! Well worth the visit. We saw all kinds of dress/attire which was a bit surprising. I would recommned dressing up at least a little bit for this special experience.

A must see!! What a twist to the story!! We really enjoyed Wicked!! Our seats were front & center, however during intermission we walked around and the setup of the Gershwin theater seemed to have great seats all around. Highly recommend.
