Excellent way to learn about all types of NOLA food, restaurants, and history. Philipe did a wonderful job. If he does not know something about food, you don’t need to know it. Great history lessons, but no exams!
Suzy was our tour guide. She did a great job of welcoming 14 folk into a friendly NOLA tribe. We enjoyed a muffuletta, jambalaya, brisket, boudoin balls, and pork cracklins. I liked that we had the opportunity to buy beverages at these stops as well....More
