Tours start outside on learning the history of the land, bonfire, sugarcane and much more, next you will enjoy experiencing the artifacts of the land, lastly you can enjoy a creole meal. Featuring dishes: Gumbo, Jambalaya, and red beans and rice, and other creole dishes!
Everyday in December, visitors will learn about the history of the bonfires while witnessing a first-hand demonstration of how these structures are created. Saturday evenings, visitors can experience the lighting of a bonfire along with Live Music. Dishes such as jambalaya, gumbo, red beans, and "Sugarcane" Hot Chocolate will be served. Activities for the kids includes hayrides and marshmallow roasting.
