Marv the marvellous & the Yukon Tour
Oct. 2019
We joined last minute on the Yukon half day tour w/Marv as our tour guide. Well let me tell you he loves his job and he did an amazing job! The stories and information he gave us was worth every single penny. He gave us plenty of photos opportunities along the way and we also saw a bear! We got to see 4 mountain goats and 2 eagles. We also got the best weather! We loved it so much that we will always remember these memories! Thanks again Marv and enjoy building the she shed this winter!!!

A very relaxing senic road trip
Sep. 2019
The photo stops were very beautiful. The tour guide was a great source of knowledge about the area. The Yukon was more beautiful then I imagined. The stop at the petting farm was great with the museum. I did not care for the chicken lunch the severed. It was that or a veggie meal. So, I didn't eat. Take snacks just in case you don't like it either. The last stop was carcross. A nice little stop with small shops that depend on the tours. I would recommend this tour.

I came, I saw, I learned about and enjoyed the Yukon.

We had Marvelous Marvin for our tour guide, and he lived up to his name. We stopped several times, even once to observe mountain goats through his good binoculars. I kept seeing the train chug by, and I was just glad I wasn’t on it! They didn’t get to stop and linger along the beautiful emerald green lakes we saw, or just listen to the quiet solitude of the Yukon. This might not be thrilling and chilling enough to keep tweens and teens engaged, but it was for us!

Good Tour, Great Guide
Aug. 2019
This was our excursion of choice during our Alaskan cruise, while visiting Skagway. I think our group was happy with the choice. This 6 hour round trip bus ride was good, and we saw a lot of beautiful scenery. And the stop for lunch to see the Alaskan sled dogs was nice (although just a little bit too long). The best part of the day though, was Tim our driver. He was very informative, funny at times, and did a great job on our trip. Unfortunately, we had a few "whiners" on our bus, who complained about how long it took, or had to go to the bathroom every 30 minutes. We literally stopped 30 minutes out of Skagway, to let 2 women get off of the bus and go pee in the bushes! But overall, we enjoyed the trip.

Fantastic!!
Aug. 2019
Peggy was our tour guide and she was wonderful. We were lucky to have 6 in our group. We were able to spend so much time out at each stop, take as many pictures as we wanted, and she shared great historical information about the areas we were driving through. She made it feel very comfortable, not like she was reading off bullet points of information. We were lucky enough to see a bear and she stopped for us so we could take lots of pictures! This is WAY better than the train that everyone else seems to take because you can see more wildlife and get out and take pictures! We stopped at the Alaska sign and the Yukon sign for pictures and I think since everyone else does the train, we had no one else there so were able to take lots of pictures! I have a friend going next month and have referred her and her family for this tour. 1,000% worth the money!

Great day!
We went on this tour when we were cruising in Alaska. It was a great tour with an amazing guide. Our guide was Peggy Thompson and she really told us everything there is to know and more. The lunch at Caribou crossing was also tasty and the animals were great. Peggy stopped at the best viewpoints and took some family pictures of us. The buses were also clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Great Experience
Jul. 2019 • Friends
We took the half day tour from Skagway, up through BC, and into the Yukon, stopping at the Caribou Crossing Trading Post for a nice BBQ lunch there. We also watched the sled dogs train and interacted with the puppies. The scenery to and from Skagway was breathtaking, as we had an absolute wonderful day weather wise and were able to see all of the mountain and peak tops, mirror finished lakes reflecting the mountainous scenery, and several black bears were seen along the way. Bryan Terrell, the driver and guide, added to the greatness with his sense of humor, knowledge, and willingness to lest us stop along the way to take pictures. He deserves and A++ for his efforts. Would highly recommend this tour.

Beautiful Scenery Great Tour Guide
Jul. 2019 • Couples
4 hours of scenery with several stops along the way to soak it all in. Our driver and tour guide, Tim of Southeast tours, was great and regaled us with local history and commentary about the Alaskan frontier. Drove into BC and stopped at the Yukon Territory sign. Lakes, snow covered mts., waterfalls, fog and sunshine. Bus held about 20 people and was comfortable.
