D.C. gave us a Seattle tour with a scientific bent! After days of walking, we were ready for a bus tour, and this one was great. Tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, and we got a sense of the city’s layout we didn’t have visiting one neighborhood at a time.

And if you like seafood, D.C. is your guy! He got us samples of salmon cured in maple. “Salmon Candy,” they call it!

He made sure we all got a group pic in front of the Seattle skyline. Amazing view! This was a great addition to our plans.

The tour was great to get an overview & orientation of the Seattle city. James was very informative & kept the tour going on time as best he could. He also kindly adjusted the tour stops to accommodate riders that needed to use a restroom & was patient & helpful with my elderly father. There was bottled water available. The bus wasn't full so there was some social distancing.

I would rate this tour 5 stars but for the following issues:
1. No hotel pickup at the Fairfield Marriott on 7th & John. My father is elderly & has trouble walking long distances. We had to drive around for over 20 minutes to finally find the closest parking spot which was still over 4 blocks from the Westlake pick-up by Wells Fargo. My father was pretty exhausted after the walk to the bus. I was told about a garage nearby but had difficulty finding the entrance & couldn't tell how far that walk would have been to the tour bus pickup.
2. When I called to get more info on the tour I was told it did not require much walking. But there was walking required to see the sites, including stairs, that again made it more difficult for my father to keep up with the group. James was very patient & directed my father for the shortest route. He also dropped us as close as he could to the street we parked on while still staying on his route.

We had a great Seattle City Tour with DC. He was a font of knowledge about the area and made the tour fun and personable. It's mostly a drive-by tour to introduce you to the history and highlights of the city, with just three stops - at a marina (restroom stop), at the locks and at a park with an incredible view of the skyline. It was just what we needed to start out our week in Seattle.

Two of the same tour, two different experiences. Due to my boyfriend not coming the first time we did it again. Our first driver was wonderful, knowledgeable, Hope to interesting facts and notions about the city and fun to listen. Our second trip was boring, dry, incorrect in information or at least inconsistent, drove poorly (hitting curbs and honking at ppl, over revving engine to get up hills etc) and not at all like the first trip except for the major spots. Except he didn’t hit the space needle at all, took an extraordinary long time on talking to us about salmon. I would highly recommend asking about who your driver is and what your trip will be like to understand your experience as they are not all the same. My driver on the second one was named Mark and worked as a teacher during the year. Yes he’s very knowledgeable but we didn’t get exactly what we thought we would.

My girlfriends and I went on the Show Me Seattle tour. We had a great time and learned so much! Our tour guide, Elvis, was exactly what you want in a tour guide: outgoing, knowledgeable, funny and personable. We saw several of Seattle’s sights and learned about the history of this beautiful city. The length (3 hours) was perfect. We then went back to several places to further explore them. Highly recommend!!

I wanted an overview of the city earlier in my trip and this fit the bill. I had thought it would be a bit more walking through spots, but it is primarily a small bus tour with stops for a bathroom break, a look at the salmon locks, and photos at Kerry Park, which has an amazing view. You’re getting background as you’re driven around. It took longer than 3 hours - no one can control traffic - so just pad your planning. A couple people were getting sick of their masks toward the end of the trip, but presumably everyone was vaccinated. The tour came to 77$. I wouldn’t do it again, but I’m glad to have done the excursion.

We were fortunate to have James as our tour guide, he showed us significant history, trivia, and all the things Seattle is. This guy definitely Loves his calling!
My favorite is the Millionaire's row, and the Fish ladder (part of the Chittenden locks) which he explained in detail the life cycle of the wonderful fish, the Salmon. The Van was comfy, and we had adequate space for social distancing. We felt safe with James at the wheel.

We had a wonderful experience getting to see and learn about this beautiful city. Our guide, DC, was very accommodating and changed our pick-up location to our convenience. He was extremely knowledgeable about many different areas of interest - about Seattle - including marine biology, geology, history and more. This made for a very engaging educational and interesting presentation, that lasted beyond the allotted original 3hour schedule.
This was one of the best guided tours we have ever had!

Dave also known as Elvis was our tour guide and he was amazing! He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time by allowing us to ask questions. He was very patient and friendly since we were visitors to the city. He was very knowledgeable about Seattle and kept us entertained! We enjoyed Elvis and hope to see him again when we return to Seattle. He made the tour fun! Seattle is beautiful and we were able to enjoy it with Elvis! Thanks Elvis again for a wonderful tour of your city! God bless ya.
