Our classes are a mix of Vinyasa and Power Yoga that are specifically designed to address the discomfort that travel can cause. Expect a creative vinyasa flow, core exercises and some restorative stretching. Be prepared to get your heart rate going and work your core, then settle into your mat for some restorative stretching followed by a savasana under the shade of the palms. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet doable for all levels. Our evening class tends to be more challenging than our morning class and may involve an arm balance or two!
We hold class at Sans Souci State Beach Park which is a short walk from most Waikiki Hotels. If walking from Waikiki, head towards 2699 Kalakaua ave, pass the Barefoot Beach Cafe and look for a cluster of yoga mats setup close to the cafe. What to wear:
Fitted clothing that you can move and sweat in! Wear your swimsuit under your workout clothes if you plan to take a dip after class (highly recommended!)
What to bring: Water bottle
