I do not normally write reviews but I have to say the experience with Mick's was truly awful. First reservation, for another traveller, was at the wrong pick up location despite confirming twice via email of the new location. I was unable to reach anyway that morning with issues. We had a reservation for midday. We finally left 2.5 hours later.The first wasted hour was just a "regular" delay which we did not agree to. We are travelling with an infant. We requested a capsule. What they offer is very different to what is shown online. And the next wasted hour and a half was them frantically trying to find a capsule that suited. After this debacle, I tried to cancel my return trip. Rebecca refused citing that it needed to be within 48 hours. The request was made 42.5 hours before the return trip. You'd would expect after a 2.5 hour delay they would honour this. I wrote them an email the next day and sent two messages. Silence. This was interesting as they usually would respond quite promptly. Then at 5.15pm my email highlighting my concerns was ignored, and Rebecca simply confirmed our booking. WhatsApp messages cancelling our booking were read they just decided to ignore them. In all, please do not waste your time with this company. Do not trust the safety of your children with this company. There are many other good companies. Unfortunately Mick's and Rebecca has really soured our view of Fiji.

I went yesterday and whilst the people we met were incredibly welcoming and fun. This tour is NOT of a village where Fijians live, it is a tour of a makeshift village with huts demonstrating their history. Lunch was not cooked “underground” it was served out like a buffet. When we asked about the local school visit the driver knew nothing of it. Dropped us off at a local school and said we had to find our own way back. Upon checking our booking for this tour and confusion with other reviews along with pictures it looks like we may have been taken on a completely different tour. Not the one we had booked and paid for.

We did the island horse riding and it was excellent. We provided our varying levels of riding experience prior to arrival and the horses chosen for us were spot on. Prior to our horse riding, we had a massage with the beautiful ladies at the beach connected to Micks Tours. My daughter was early days pregnant at the time with her first and they were extremely careful with her, whilst we 3 had massages exactly as we requested. The lunch after our ride was simple and pleasant, and our main guide of the ride predicted the sex of the unborn baby and turns out he was on the money. Highly recommend Micks Tours for the island riding and massage.

Great experience- pleasant driver was early for our pickup time- made a quick stop for us when requested- dropped off at port in a timley manner- highly recommend for this service!

Owner recommended to show up in person rather than online. There are plenty of horses to go around. If you buy online be sure to bring the confirmation number as there was a little confusion. Great people and very healthy and well trained horses.

I reached out to get some guidance and help booking three transfers. Very quick response and friendly service from my first email all the way through to confirming the final times etc.. Highly recommend this company for your tours. Friendly and accommodating staff. We asked them to detour via McDonald’s for lunch for a hungry teenager and they were more than happy to take her. Safe driving and knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our day out. Thanks again for taking care of us!

Mick's Fiji Tours are absolutely amazing. I used to work for Fiji and Pacific Specialist Tours for 15 years a few years ago and also lived in Fiji so i know Fiji very well. I have not been to Fiji for 15 years and took my family and friends to Fiji for a Family Holiday with a group of 9. I decided to book our Transfer with Mick's from Nadi Airport to Naviti Return and also a Waterfall Tour and Natadola Beach Tour, The Communication was impeccable, they arrived early, and no request was too much trouble, the driver was amazing and helpful and i couldn't have been happier with the service I was given. I recommend Mick's Fiji Tours for any Tour or Transfer you will ever need in Fiji.

Advertising heavily on Facebook message boards, while using an antiquated website that makes varied tours difficult to differentiate, Mick's takes advantage of tourists. Tried to book a tour online but the website failed, so I emailed the company directly. After first claiming the tour couldn't be offered for couples an e-mail was sent offering direct booking. As there were two similar tours for the Waterfall, with prices detailed in foreign currency, I purchased what I thought was a full tour but only received half. Originally detailed as departing at 9:00am the driver arrived close to 10:10 and I had to email the company twice to find out where he was. For roughly $90 per person we received a cold welcome, minimal apology and a 1:15 minute ride to the waterfall. Not sure what the cost was to Mick's for access to the falls, but I presume very little. Local guides were lovely and the falls are impressive. If you can drive yourself, do so. On return from the falls our driver was sitting in his car with our shoes. He drove us back in near silence and offered an inedible "egg sandwich", tiny apples and mango juice from the trunk as lunch. Having thought I purchased the package with an actual lunch and massage I contacted the company, first receiving weak answers from an assistant, then claims that I was racist and entitled by ownership. Yes, I misread the "offerings" on a poorly written website and worse e-mail, but to Mick's their response was "We are proud indigenous people and because we are black do not assume you can bully us and take this tour for free. We suggest if you visit our country again you leave your privilege at home."

My friends and I did Micks Natadola beach Horse back riding tour for my friends 23rd Birthday and I can’t say how amazing it was! They picked just the 3 of us up drove us around villages with a stop at the market then we met the family and the horses on the most stunning beach. The horses are well cared for and happy to take you through the ocean and along the jungle. The tour is around an hour and Nemo our guide was happy for us to take the horses galloping up and down the beach afterwards! Nemo, his wife and family provided lunch, drinks and then surprised us all with a personalised Birthday cake for my friend which was so thoughtful! We then had massages, got our hair braided and dipped in and out the ocean. We also stopped off in caves were Nemo told us about the local village history, if you want an authentic tour this is the one!!! Thank you Nemo & Family I will definitely be back

Would recommend Micks tours, booked a tour for the day for 8 of us and Rebecca was excellent, stayed with us the entire time and you are not rushed, go at your own pace

Booked 400 AUD of transfers in April 24 for travel late May 24. Needed to cancel on April 27 2024 due to work commitments meaning we could not visit Fiji as planned. Instead of refunding as per T&C offered a credit note for future travel - requested refund again (same day) and told finance department would process (in Malvern East Victoria btw) - no response since. Will report to credit card company for breach of contract - think twice before paying these thieves in advance.

Our experience was really good. They organised 3 car seats for the kids and they were at Nadi airport waiting for us. The best bit was on the return from Shangri la when Nadi flooded yesterday. Another supplier (will with hold their name) stranded their passengers and we were told by other people and the hotel we would not fly as the road to the airport was flooded. So I spoke to Rebecca at Mick's who communicated with me regularly on WhatsApp and they organised everything. The collected our two families and our luggage and drove us in the normal van to an agreed point where they waited until the truck arrived, yes they organised for us to get safely accross the flooded parts of the road in a truck as the road was under water, then once on the other side another van met us and they helped get kids and bags quickly on our way. It wasn't glamorous at times but got us there only just in time for the flight with all the changes and cars blocking the road. Thanks again for checking we got there ok too. Local family run Fijian business that actually cares for their clients. Disclaimer not all their vehicles are new but some are so ask for the new one if this is important to you. Safe and reliable Fiji transfers from airport to resort and back. A little expensive when booked in advance versus what you would pay a taxi outside the airport, but depends if you want to know someone is definitely waiting for you.
