If you have some extra time while driving through Romania I would recommend a visit here. The paintings and frescos are absolutely beautiful. The area is quaint and worth stopping for lunch. No issue recommending a visit.

we see now a cosy, little monastery, but it's like very old man, full of memories
just look the old walls and think to old generations who kept that church alive
for the monastery with its painted church. Also lovely garden and the river runs by the side of the monastery. Beautiful church both inside and outside. Byzantine in style and paintings inside well preserved.
