Up we went (mainly in first gear in a Fiat Panda) twisting and turning and stopping, reversing, starting etc up the hills.
The views here are amazing and worth the trip for just that. There is wheelchair access but not onto the lower glass viewing platform.It wasn't overly crowded and there are toilets ( 50cents) a small tourist gift shop and a cafe.

There is a service bus that goes there but infrequent. You can also take a bus to Miradour and walk about 10 mins to the viewpoint. Hilly. There is also the little green train from Camera Do Lobos to the viewpoint. Takes you up and back and waits 15 minutes for you at the top. 9 euros return.
