Came in on a Saturday with family with high hopes for our visit to Chandon. We as a family have always looked forward to coming here and it is very disappointing and sad that the quality of staff has dropped this far.

After a long day of driving around the Yarra valley we decided to pop in here for a glass of bubbly, a cheese and charcuterie plate and for the driver, a cup of coffee. The coffee was refused. We could not order one cup of...More
My sister and I attended Chandon as part of one of our elected stops on the Hop It bus. We thoroughly enjoyed the cheeseboard paired with the sourdough bread, and a wine tasting paddle. The view is spectacular sitting out on the verandah even for...More
We did a few cellar doors during our time in the Yarra Valley and this one was the best.

Didn’t have a meal at this winery but a pleasant walk and tasting of the wines. It was a lovely day weather wise which made the visit more enjoyable. Staff very helpful and gave great advise on wines etc....

SarahnShaun have nailed it. If you get a train to Lilydale you will then need to get a bus that goes to Healesville and hope it stops out the front of Domain Chandon. You will also need to purchase a Myki Card to travel on the train. As stated there are many good wineries in the Yarra Valley, not just Domain. The Winebus all day tour costs about $125 pp. It might be cheaper to hire a car for the day/s. Most of the wineries are only open 10-5 midweek although some do a breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would do the car hire. If you get lost there are plenty of wineries to call into and ask directions!!! Good luck.
