It was just nice to sit out on the beach and relax. There were a couple of local vendors selling ice cream and empanadas. Other than that, just a beach.

I really enjoyed the warm water, gentle waves and shallow areas. Great for low impact swimming and small children. You can rent a chair and umbrella just for $10 all day.

We had such a great time at the beaches in PR. Condado was one of three that we visited. We stayed at the Sheraton at Condado beach. The water is pretty clear. Lots of activities. Paddle-boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, tanning and swimming, of course. On the...More

Condado Beach is a great white sand beach; it's very shallow, so small children could stand for 10 to 15 feet into the water, however, the waves do have a Mike Tyson punch to them, so be mindful of that. The water is clear and...More

Stayed at La Concha. Enjoyed the beach at Condado. Red flag was up the entire time so we didn't wade much further than our chest and made sure we were always touching bottom. Didn't see any rip currents and the lifeguard posted nearby hadn't seen...More

My friend and I got a little Airbnb in the Santurce art district. Condado beach was the closest one to us. We were a little nervous because the beach has mixed reviews, but we ended up LOVING it. One of the main complaints is about...More

We stayed close to this beach so we were there at least once every other day. It's a well kept beach and very pretty. The surf was rough the entire time we were there, not sure if it was just that way on that side...More

I visited in August and overall, it was a nice beach and visited it twice during my stay. It wasn't busy on either occasion. In the morning/afternoon, it seemed that the waters were more calm. I waded in the warm waters and had fun jumping...More

Beach has high waves, so it is hard to swim. It is in the center of the city, but still, you have better beaches around.

There are a few beach chair / umbrella stations scattered down the beach. I'm not sure what they charge as ours were included in our hotel stay. There was also a restaurant/bar that we saw delivering to the beach. Keep in... More

The day I was there it was murky with a very rough surf condition. It is a rocky, foul looking place. It is not the "bath tub" calm, crystal clear kind of water you see at a place like Aruba, or Trunk Bay, or those more... More
