We stayed near La Zona Rosa over the Christmas holiday (2018) and enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Plenty of great restaurants and fun shops. The Artisan Market between Londres and Liverpool is great. Great selection of items, reasonable prices and met some really nice vendors.

This area was just back from the Reformer and was an area of bars and restaurants, some OK and some a little tacky.During the day it seemed safe enough to walk around. If you are looking for bars and restaurants this is the place.

This area is names also zona T. The area is nice and safe, with lots of bars and restaurants. I find it a bit too crowded and I liked more Parque 83 area (safe and relaxed area)

Calling Zona Rosa upscale is ludicrous. Calling it tacky would be more realistic. It is full of fast food eateries and bars and discos.
