I recently stayed in Victoria BC at an establishment on the Inner Harbor. It was a beautiful evening so I decide to take a walk around the lower level (sea level) of the Inner Harbor. As I descended down the steps towards the water the...More

We took a walk in the rain around the harbor and had a great time checking things out. Lots to see, even in the winter. We enjoyed the sounds and street entertainment, and a little shopping. The clock chimes are lovely!

The beautiful harbour is just opposite the BC Parliament Buildings with some hotels on its banks. The bay was bobbing with small yachts and boats. It is a bustling walkway with vendors, musicians, buskers, food trucks-- a very vibrant place. It looks especially enchanting after...More

This is a perfect location to stay and enjoy walking around the wonderful interesting town of Victoria. There was a Marathon the morning we were there, great fun to cheer runners!

The lights are spectacular. Sounds of the ferries, cruise ships and float planes make the night alive. A wonderful ambience for visitors and resudents alike.

Were lucky to spend a week in Victoria. Amazing weather, clouds and history. Did a lot of walking which is the only way to discover a city. Check out the restaurants we visited as well.

Visited with friends. Came in on the Black Ball Ferry. Stayed at the Chateau Victoria. Everything is so accessible from here. The Walk is pretty. One end goes towards private condos, the other leads straight to Downtown, restaurants, shops & vendors.

Enjoyable, took an evening stroll after dinner. One end is private condos, the other borders the downtown area, all is well lit.

Looks like you got your answer. Oak Bay hosts a market once a month on Wednesday evenings and Sidney hosts one also on Thursdays which can be googled also. Not related to your question but I wanted to share
