It's rare that we celebrate the achievements of women. This treasure does and she changed history. It's a great story and the docents do an amazing job of bringing her story to life.

Located not far from town, this site is also close to the McFarland House. There is an ice cream shop on the property and Laura Secord chocolates are sold. The price of admission was $9+ which seemed a little high. Our guide did a good...More

For those of us who though that Laura was somehow involved in the development of chocolate in North america, it was quite informative. Certainly a glimpse intot he past. Great artifacts and information, worth a visit.
