Nothing to see here, a place with boats sunk and destroyed by hurricane, don't go unless you are in the hotels around there.

Great place to stay and would return again for sure but not 5 star for those expecting that type of experience/amenities. Having said this, we were here for 8 days & got to know couples from across the way at the 5 star Westin bc...More

Oyster Pond has still not recovered from Hurricane Irma. The Oyster Bay resort is still not up to bar. Dawn Beach is closed and the only restaurants currently open are Oasis(great) and Infiniity(okay) Boats still lying sunk in the shallow water.

We've been to St. Maarten/St. Martin many times and stayed at a variety of places but prefer this "Prince's Upper Quarters" region the best for the vistas, the lodging options, the eateries (Infinity Restaurant and L'Oasis) and the overall setting. Removed enough from all the...More

My wife and I observed this Pond or Bay from several vantage points on our private 4 hour tour of both sides of the island. We did not see any hurricane damage. This is a large bay located between the Dutch and French sides of...More

Absolutely enjoyed our time at this hotel. Not the place to go if you want the loud party scene as the demographics are mostly geriatric, which at 33 is pretty much my scene. Otherwise, stay in Simpson Bay for a younger, party scene. A bit...More

Irma is still very visible here. So sad to see so much destruction. We hope that the pier will be rebuilt and the life and vibrancy of this beautiful place will be restored.

I think it may be under the wrong location. Many of the reviews for the Voyager ferry in Marigot state leaving from Oyster Pond for St Bart's. It's under transportation in Things to do.

Big Fish is great. But for great BB chicken there is a small hut across from it that you've got to try.
