This is less touristic and upscale area than many famous ones in Berlin. A lot restaurants and clubs, shops, cafes and museums - nothing missing from spending a courageous day in Berlin.

This was built during the communist time of the city of Berlin and supposed to be a counter place to Westberlin. From your you can take all type of transportation from train, S-bahn, tube, tram oder bus to almost any part of Berlin.
