Having bottled out climbing the Rock, and taking the cable car to the top, this was one of the most oustanding places to visit. A fantastic sound to light display in this magnificent natural cavern is not to be missed.

In the main caves yes you can enjoy on your own. If you can get booked into a lower cave tour again you can do on your own. Lots of climbing and rope work and yes there is a lake. Whether you can swim depends upon your guide and the mix of guests. On our tour my son was invited to swim but he declined due to the temp of the water.
Both tours are amazing
