Buildimg emersed in granit stones, perfect bronze circle atop, fantastically acoustic. A little bit off usual paths, but well worth visiting

Worth a visit if your in Helsinki. You probably won't spend long here, and hour would be more than enough, 30 minutes probably about right, but it's worth the 3 euros entry. It's certainly unique and not at all like other churches. The building is...More

By far the most interesting place in Helsinki. The church is beautiful with great atmosphere, easy to reach by foot from the centre. When we were visiting there was a piano player playing some classical music that made the experience even better. The acoustics of...More

Well worth the walk up to the Rock church, a small entrance fee is charged but very beautiful inside cut out of solid rock. Plenty of time to sit or look round. Organ music is played at lunchtime. Worth walking around outside.
