There are quite a few markets. They sell fish for cooking at home but they also can slice the sashimi for you and you can eat it right there. It’s so fresh! The back has one store of meats.

I went more to see what the Fish Market was all about and just because I was in Sydney. If you love fish or seafood, then this is the place for you.

The Sydney Fish Market is a great place to see and eat fresh seafood. At lunch time the place is packed. Find a vendor whose fish looks good and place your order. If the fish needs to be cooked, they will do it for you....More

Nice fish market with decently priced seafood. Particularly like the oysters! One thing to note though, it tends to get quite crowded during lunch time with tourist buses- recommend to go earlier to beat the crowd to have a better experience eating your fill
