Great snorkeling. It was very shallow and we saw turtles and rays. I did a dive but the snorkeling was as good.

Visited here on a tour with Seastar Cruises. The diving was very nice. Lots of coral, fish, giant clams, turtles and other sea creatures to enjoy. The cay was covered with birds and is quite a sight. Snorkeling and diving were both very good here.

We went here with Skedaddle and the trip with them was suboptimal, but the place is nice. When we finally got the opportunity just to swim a bit around for ourself, then we found three beautiful sea turtles, which definitely made our day :)

Definitely worth a visit. The coral reef itself is very nice, but the standout from the rest of the reef sites is the bird and sea turtle watching.

Michaelmas Cay is a small sand cay that is located around 90 minutes from the Reef Terminal at Cairns. The island has a lot of local birdlife and their nests which occupy the majority of the cay. There is however a small roped area for...More

The answers above are right, we did see a few people who did not snorkle but there only option was to sit on the beach (small area) or wait on the boat. My opinion for you if you do not want scuba or snorkle is to find one... More
