Not much to say. It's got Conde Nast's seal of approval as a top spa and while the outside doesn't scream top spa, once you get into the steamy mineral pools you'll understand completely. Large pools, small pools, public and private pools. Massage and various...More

The hot pools are fantastic! I had my 3 adult children and an 11mth old Granddaughter. Two of the pools were cool enough for her to wade in. Quiet and peaceful and the view was beautiful. We spent a good 3 hours just relaxing.

These hot pools are great. We spent many hours lazing around. Jumping in and out of all the diferent temperature pools. Great place to lay & relax. Try the Reflexology walk here. Something diferent. Icecream in Cafe' was pretty good too.

We came here three times on our trip. First was a Thursday morning at 8:30am and was the Romantic Deluxe Double Dipper which included thirty minutes in the private lake view room, then unlimited time in the pavilion adult public pools. It was rainy which...More

Had a great time with a few friends here. Few pools at various degrees of heat. The only downside was there were lots of tourist buses so most of the pools were full of visitors (got a bit crowded at times), but overall would recommend...More

Dear Guest Thank you for sharing your experience, just like many other attractions we do have times where the complex is rather busy, we are sorry if this bothered you on this occasion.

My partner and I had a private bathing pool with the lake view. Ae paid for a double experience which meant we could use the public pools as well, but they were full of middle aged Asian tourists and it was not appealing to us....More

My wife and I shared the Romantic package here. The couples massage was very relaxing as was the time in the private hot spring. This place is really big and gets very crowded. Because it has so many "public area" pools and hot springs, there...More

Had a great experience, on both occasions missing the crowds that other reviewers have complained about. I went there from 5-7pm on a weeknight, and then again the next day from 3-5pm. The pools have numerous staff keeping an eye on things, and we were...More

Nō. But you can wear a rash shirt designed for swimming, and you can wear togs (shorts designed for swimming)... but not Street style shorts and shirts. They hire togs/swimming gear

Hi there, thank you for your question. We recommend pre-booking our private pools or if you wish to enjoy one of our day spa products. You dont need to pre-book for our other bathing products. Hope this helps!

Considering you are used to Chicago in the winter you will not find it cold, but it does rain a lot. The pools will be too hot for a small child. There is a family section. Take your kid there
