Amazing trip. If you have never sailed or seen unspoilt beaches and uninhabited islands before definitely do this trip. I'd recommend sailing rather than the speedboat though.

This is not an easy place to get to, but well worth it. For us, it included a long 3 hour trip from Playa Bonita. You will have to take a 4x4 through some pretty tough terrain in the rainforest area out to the Caribbean....More

‫I’m not sure that there is an option to rent a catamaran in Panama (maybe they have it at Bocas del toro but it’s a bit far from the islands), but in the Colombian side you can for sure‬
