We decided to book the Sacred Valley tour with Exploor because the groups were smaller and it took us to all 4 attractions that we were interested in: Pisac, Moray, Maras, and Ollantaytambo. The tour also included a Chicha tasting in a quaint home. The...More

Great tour with only 3 tourists. We have seen all important places in Sacred Valley. Our guide Luis was great! He has a very deep historical knowledge and you feel that he loves sharing this knowledge with you. Highly recommended!!!!

There are many great accounts of the experience of seeing Machu Picchu. This is only an account of getting there and of aspects that at least I did not see until doing it. The people we encountered were uniformly gracious and tried to be helpful....More

We started our morning early (but not as early as other tours with Exploor Peru) and explored the ruins of Pisac, Ollantaytambo, Moray and the salt mines of Mara. Each place has its own history and purpose, and it was fascinating learning about each. Our...More

This was a standard Sacred Valley tour which could probably have been bought in any of the agencies in town. We were told it had a hotel pick up. So we were expecting a mini bus to turn up in the morning. Instead a guide...More

The tour with Luis, our tour guide was really great. We learned a lot about the Incas and their buildings. Luis has a wide knowledge and I wish we had him with us in Machu Picchu. Apart from that we are wondering, why this tour...More

The tour was very exciting and comprehensive. Gris is a unbelievably knowledgable guide, she took great care of us, guiding through Peruvian history as well as providing the insights into its current reality, country politics and traditions. On the top of the main itinerary on...More

A day driving through the Sacred Valley was included as part of our pre booked tour of Peru. Situated approximately 15 miles from Cusco, this really is a stunning area. The cultivated, stepped plains, demonstrate how much work the Incas put into maximizing this rich,...More

Even if Machu Picchu is the world wonder, what we both did here was just great. Solang was well prepared, had a book with her to present tools, ways of how they constructed everything 500 years ago and compared it to other places around. We...More

This is part of the Cusco full day excursion first stop. About 1 hour drive from Cusco. It was the main source of agriculture for the people of Cusco. The valley’s large flat plains and the urumbamba river flowing thru the center meant it was...More

The roads are super narrow and windy. There are many tour buses that go to and fro Cusco to sacred valley and back. Plus you can book it online before you leave for your trip. Try Best Peru Tours
