What can you really say about these... well they certainly are quirky and a little odd but they are a great work of art and a good photo opportunity. They are located on Kampa Island just a short walk from the Lennon Wall and Charles...More

This bizarre group of bronze statues is positioned outside alongside the museum on Kampa Island. Don’t know anything about the Czech artist David Černý except he also produced the crawling babies statues. The statues do, however, draw a lot of attention from tourists and locals...More

Another quirky sculpture by Cerny on Kampala island. I found this sculpture more difficult to view than the others we saw. Personally, I found the idea of babies with bar code faces a bit distressing. Worth a look to judge for yourself.

The inhabitants of Prague are proud of these "babies faceless", but I did not like them. They have something sinister and the idea of "vertical climbing" did not seem interesting to me. If you intend to see Prague from the highest point possible (Zizkov Tower),...More

These are located in Kampa Park and the babies are really weird statues to make. Nevertheless, we took some nice pictures and were on our way. Totally free the way art should be...

I do love the crawling babies. Luckily we went to see at 7:00 am, the park was so beautifully empty. Nobody climbing onto the babies to take a photo, no queuing, no screaming kids...perfect time to enjoy these sculptures. This is quite a unique work...More

The babies are really cool pieces of art work placed near the river. They can also be seen climbing the huge TV tower that was started being built during the soviets times.
