This was the first university of Poland which is still exist. You can enter into the yard for free. Recommended to get there at 11 am or 3pm as at this two times the clock is working and it shows a short performance. There is also a museum which can be visited for 12 Zl. There

I saw this as part of Krakow Explorer's free walking tour and it was one of the highlights of the tour and somewhere I would never have thought to visit by myself. It's a beautiful place, the courtyard and the few rooms that can be visited. It's so near the main town square
